The software is very customizable and the developers and support team are very knowlegable about how the product can be configured for your organizations direct needs.

We have been using the Perspective system since the summer of 2008 and have been very happy with it.

The product is affordable, and easy to use and track incidents. It also provides a great ROI and helps prove a security department's worth.

The customer support is very helpful and will return requests in a timely manner.

The only complaint I have is that sometimes the program runs slowly.

There i have find multiple user friendly options and easy to access the and accurate results in the reports.

I like the feature of the chimes when someone else makes an entry so you know it has been entered. It seems like a small thing but is very helpful when busy and working on other duties.

Its parent company has changed and longtime users may perhaps be unaware of the company's future relative to the product.

Best of all, they not only took our suggestions to customize our product, but rather took those suggestions and customized the base product which gets rolled out in an update to all users.

Working with Resolver has been a great experience, the application as well as the service delivery.

Some of the key information is not easily searchable, which means for long waiting periods. Moving files into the program is limiting.

I like the ability to have multiple users work on the same file at the same time. The ease of creating reports frees up my time to do other tasks.

On a monthly basis, we take in more than 1,200 incidents. The Perspective product is the vital backbone to our investigations unit.

Having previously submitted evidence from prior audits is very helpful during audits in progress. While the product is great, the support team is what makes the overall experience the exceptional.

The ability to view logs, line-ups and positive recognitions in this system are so easy. The fact that hazards & controls can be linked right to the line-up.

It's ease of use in the field permits improved communication between supervisors, peers and management.

Sofvie's corporate culture is contagious and has inspired us to use every feature within the software.

At this time, I am still awaiting the Risk Management module however the release is scheduled for Q1 2021.

Some of the features that could be improved would be the notification software - Similar to Facebook or other social media platforms theres no mistaking when someone tags you or prompts something.

Clean organization of required safety work & due diligence paperwork. Easy to insert pictures of work into paperwork, provides a better snapshot of what I'm talking about on forms.

When you have a software that is costumizable to your company needs its hard not have everything you need.

Output forms can be a bit awkward at times, especially when using pictures. Users require some basic technology proficiency, struggled sometime with non-tech proficient operators.

Tech support is great, very fast initial response times and any issues are often corrected that day.

With every role out there are some issues and bumps but overall no concerns.

We have enjoyed a very good experience with Sofvie.
