Fit Like a Glove
Excellent. Our client, our sub-contractors, and our team all finding easy to use.
PROSWe have existing QR codes related to our locations within our system, that were already used by our maintenance management system. IMEC was chosen because it was flexibly, and allowed us to use the same QR code for the inspection system.
CONSJust a nuisance of setting up locations and points, but the deployment staff with IMEC are there to assist and make the issue not a problem.
Reasons for switching to Safety Inspection Software
We needed to add addition QR codes to each site. Was determined to be a "no-go" with the client.

Review IMEC From PT. Vale Indonesia
Strenght 1. Can help in Finding report ( detail with image ) 2. not difficult to operate Weakness 1. many data faild inpection is lost. supposed inspection items reach 5000 items, but actual only 3000 2. mapping inpection is not accurate 3. if i inpection in the area, and i sincronize tomorrow because i dont have a connection data wil be sincronize in 2 days later
PROSI like the part of the report that is complete and easy to understand
CONSTime to sync data and a lot of damaged inspection item data is lost.

Thanks for the review Wahyu. An update being deployed this week will include background syncing for all customers. This means that syncing is performed routinely by the app without the need for any user action. This is very useful for customers like yourself who work in areas with no internet connection, as users do not need to remember to sync their inspections. IMEC Safety Inspection Software Review
My overall experience with Safety Inspection Software has been very positive. We're continuing to implement the system, because it has allowed us to monitor many critical regulated areas.
PROSThe mobile application was the best part of this software, along with the ability to use this tool for a variety of inspections.
CONSThe only con was caused on the user end, and nothing to do with the Safety Inspection Software. Our company has very a strict firewall on the company network that we had to work with IT to resolve.

It was the most customizable out the other products reviewed.

Makes Compliance Easy
Nothing but good things to say about support staff and software.
PROSEasy to use and configure. Our end users offer recommendations to improve inspections and we can change within minutes. Reports easy to run.
CONSMobile users unable to view previous inspections.

IMEC extinguisher and e-light software survey
I have been using inspection software to manage my fire extinguishers and e-lights for 13 years.
PROSI like the mobile app features the most. I also like that you can have multiple users assigned to the same inspection and everyone can get real time status updates.
CONSIt is difficult to change information on inspection points

It was difficult to interface the scanner to the computer and they do not support apple devices.

Convenience and reliable. This software not only makes it easier to do inspections, but it also builds corrective action notices and record retention.
CONSN/A there isn't anything that I can think of that I dislike about the software.

Fits our inspection need perfectly!
In the past we have used Tour Watch, and then Mobil Maximo to document the inspection activity utilizing the 2 dimensional barcode labels; very frustrating when scanning in low light conditions. Use of the Inspector, and the QR barcode relieves that frustration; the functionality of this application meets and exceeds our need. The customer support has been top notch, and the subscription costs very reasonable. Overall this has been a great experience thus far.

The way to go paperless
Our maintenance staff are the main users of the product and it has proven a great success. The amount of paper that Inspector has removed, and the reduction in the chasing and searching for inspection books has meant that the staff are able to get their work done on time every time.

Does what it is supposed to do
Product does everything it is supposed to do. Takes some training to figure out the system but customer service was awesome when we were on trial.
