I like how you have the ability to integrate the system with other systems we use day to day to help eliminate extra work and making things more streamline.

This system offers a lot of great features to help with ease day to day tasks and offers a lot of great management and marketing functions.

I love all the information that is at my fingertips when a customer calls. Reports are good a little complicated but good.

The ease of use and multiple options available for agency management are awesome.

The organization of this software is amazing. Wish I would have invested in this from the start.

It has been hard on occasion to get a hold of customer service.

I am pleased with the overall design and ease of the product. I am also pleased with the updates they provide as they integrate new ideas making their product even better.

They say things like the ampersan sign issue is an easy fix, but then it still doesn't get fixed. They do an update and it crashes the system.

Great system and great service with good helpful employees. Its not a big giant system just a good easy to use system that does most task a smaller agency would need.

Very difficult to leave as I made a transfer from another software to this one and do not want to go through that again.

The company has provided excellent support & training. I like the way the system can be customized and is very easy to learn and use.

Never had any until the change over. Now we are missing some of our customers and stuff does not load as it should.

The screen in the latest update is complicated. Commissions structure is annoying and the fact that it is a percent of a percent is hard.

In the beginning they were very attentive to our needs and budget friendly. Throughout the years they have added more options to custom fit your needs.

There is no way to reconcile my agency sweep account. Setting up custom letters is very difficult.

I like it that the training when we started was very helpful.

The GUI (graphical user interface) or the Screen you look at has horrible amounts of wasted space with literally NOTHING on it.

I recommend having a backup site that works the same as the current updated version of Matrix.

Fees and Taxes do not stay in totals with any edits to policy details. Text messaging is very minimal for the monthly fee charged.

It has been an excellent experience and  look forward to working with them for years to come.

I don't there is anything I actually dislike about Billy.

What I like about Billy the most is that it gives me a place where I can store vendors paperwork. The software is easy to navigate and helps promote organization in my office.

Their customer service is outstanding and very responsive. They develop features very quickly and they solve real problems that save us lots of headaches, time and make us that much more efficient.

We struggled for a while with finding one that would be a right fit, so far all of our vendors/consultants haven't had any trouble accessing the platform and loading documents.

I think the customer service is fantastic. Sensitive content hidden] has been with us since day one.

I don't like that the % complete does not remove any items that you have paused so the total complete figure is lower than the actual figure.

I found that the most useful aspect of Billy is that the information from the documents is automatically transferred over to the side navigation bar.

Once the integration took place from our old tracking system to Billy, it runs so smoothly and is so easy to use.

Easy to use, I love that our reps from Billy actually respond so quickly.
