It can be relatively easy to upload and edit certain items.

I really like its simplicity and ease of use. We had relatively basic requirements (no integration with our own systems) and therefore I wanted something that would be quick to develop.

I like the software is nimble -- it is easy to change things quickly. There are several useful features as well.

The software is easy to use and the company spent so much time with us supporting us and training us during the set up process.

Can be hard to use and find your way around if you haven't had necessary training.

I am beginning to see more of the benefits now I am using it more.

I like how you are able to setup someone's device to how you want them to use it and how you can set up what they use.

It was a relatively easy implementation and the features of the product out of the box satisfied 80% of our requirements. Once you know your way around it admin and updating is straightforward.

While it has high functionality, it is a bit difficult to master the technical components because it is just so vast.

The hub has been great connecting staff during COVID but it was something that was long overdue in our company but it came at the best time.

Our implementation lead is always available to help and offer suggestions.

It’s a great tool to maintain communicated and updated your worldwide team.

Overall a good experience, replacing our very old and tired intranet with a much more modern look and feel and a good level of functionality out of the box.

We love the Hub because it helps us keep connected among the different branches of the organization despite the physical distance.

There is no live chat or individual tagging function, but this is in development.

Is was an easy to use app maybe the fact that it runs in the background 24/7 causing your battery to die quicker.

I don't like how difficult it is to use the back end of the Hub. I think the process of creating new content is hard because the software is not as user friendly as it should be.

The customer service is top notch - responses are immediate to any concern, and generally they have a solution to problems within moments.

Easy to use, increases productivity. This allows you to reach out to others without the hassle of trying to just do it by your phone.

TextUs allows employers to easily and quickly notify many employees at once about important information.

Overall a great product I wish I had already for years.

Great product with an amazing team behind it. They're always available and always accommodating.

This new TextUs Next has stopped more than half of our employees from using the app as it really is difficult to use.

There were limited features compared to other products. We were constantly changing the group we wanted to text.

Delay when sending texts to large group - not sure that is a software issue.

The only drawback is that you need to use this regularly otherwise the number given to you will be lost.

Ease of use and the ability to quickly get candidates scheduled for interviews.

I love that I can contact my candidates in a way that they are going to respond faster than if I were to email them.

Add to the cool integration with chrome you get notified almost real time in any replies come in which is important for recruiters like me.

I really like the ease of use, being able to build campaigns, and then manage responses. Integration with Bullhorn is a big help.

Its best part is to quick add the number and share any template in a go. Also had a good feature to schedule a message which i personally like.

The ability to tag and group people by industry or customer was awesome and made it easy to message multiple people for generic messages.

We were wasting time as a company individually calling and texting candidates.

Also, the customer service has always been fantastic. Even after making the switch to Next Textus, customer service has really been fantastic (thankfully, that didn't change).

I like the integration with my company's database software. This eliminates extra steps to document my communication over time.

Finicky on getting text in a timely manner. Didnt work well with group messages.

I loved Textus because it was so user friendly and everyone in my office could jump in and see each conversation and make sure that we were giving the correct information.

Awesome customer service, very responsive and helpful. Solid training and easy to use.

We moved to the TextUsNext app and I wish we could go back. TextUs is great in it's simplicity.
