  • Pros

  • The ability to share folders and secure files were very welcomed. Also, the fact that it is free is quite helpful.
  • The program has a very pleasant interface that is orderly and easy to work with. Entering customer is data is both easy to enter and then subsequently to access.
  • Cons

  • I would rate it as a total garbage. The worst is that we are losing money every day because of it.
  • Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.

  • Flexible, easy to use and setup, modern and great customer service.
  • It's very easy to use - I've already seen powerful updates - but very graphically based for the non-techy user. The ability to control permission for the users is also amazing.
  • Cons

  • Some of the page layouts seem a little difficult to work with.
  • Restricted integrations: MyHub has a limited number of integrations with other programmes and resources, including Microsoft Office 365 and Google Drive.
