  • Pros

  • There is not a lot of limitations, which makes it a great fit for my company. Also enjoy the ability to use social tools inside the program.
  • Good pricing and nice that they now have a mobile version that works well - many other intranet software platforms do not have mobile capabilities.
  • Multiple phone equipment options (purchased separately with Jive) for multiple office locations. Desktop equipment is excellent with perfect connectivity and sound quality.
  • Cons

  • People in my organization frequently complain that it's hard to find what they are looking for.
  • Documents uploaded show a "preview" which in many cases display the wrong fonts and mess up the design.
  • Search wasn't useful, hard to find info in it. Interface is a little confusing and could be frustrating.

  • They were amazing as you can tell how invested they are with all of this training, and ensuring that our employees are utilizing the Jostle platform to its fullest potential.
  • Easy to use, Affordable, Great Service, Interactive design, Attractive interface, Great user experience, Tons of storage, Speed, Great search feature.
  • The Jostle team is very responsive, and dedicated to providing great customer service and support. The 400+ employees at our organization have varying degrees of technical savviness.
  • Cons

  • Inability to link to other items within jostle.
  • The only downside I can point is the erratic crashes on the phone app, albeit annoying not a deal breaker.
  • Through the website on my phone, I can’t even post updates half of the time. Pictures don’t want to update, the news feed gets stuck.
