Features and functionality of product were very good. Ease of use of the product and intuitive nature of the screen flow was good.

Sometimes it will produce a MoveNext error. Also, I have lost the written descriptions that I had written in a particular time slot because of data corruption.

We outgrew Quickbooks Desktop and this was the perfect solution for us.

The menus in Acumatica are intuitive and the search feature is robust and allows for quick access to move between screens.

Licensing costs are tough to estimate; have to customize reports to your own needs.

The best platforms that enable you to adapt your resources to suit the needs of your project.

The customizable dashboard feature is the best thing about Acumatica. You can basically do anything and the basic dashboard is already powerful in itself.

The worst part of Acumatica is how it handles Email. System email accounts, while not a horrible idea, just don't work well.

The program is  strong, the ability that you can use from the cloud for me is the best, I can work in the cloud from my office or from my client office, that save time to me, and money to my client.

Acumatica has unmatched customizability to fit any and all organizations' workflows. From my experience, end users pick up on how to get the most out of Acumatica customizations fairly quickly.

Nothing really, it is missing very little and what it does have I can't fault.

It is ideal for small companies to implement ERP for sales and invoicing. Generic Inquiries and Import by scenarios are excellent features of this product.

Acumatica has a built in CRM that helps to integrate the sales and operations process to finance. It's really helpful to have the financials easily available for each sales opportunity.

Variety of costing methods and works on many different database types; don't use user-based pricing so good for smaller co's.

I love the fact that all of our users can have access to the system with custom user roles.

Acumatica has a modern, intuitive interface. I have used everything from SAP to Sage to Netsuite and by far this is the best one I have used.

It's a combination of rich, clever functionality combined with ease of access using the latest technology and a vendor with ambitious plans.

Customer service and shipping improvements as well as greater access to data for data mining.

Your experience with the software primarily comes down to your relationship with your VAR. A good one will let you get to the moon, a bad one will leave you spending lots  of money on no results.

Very robust, flexibility of software setup and the ability to download data into Excel or PDF files.

This has been a great experience. Our previous software was limited to the reporting we could do and the user interface was not very friendly.

As an admin, limiting pages for users and restricting access is a pain. Need to go through each tab and change the access rights.

The integration with the microsoft techology, and project accounting process, excellent inventory management and Document Management.

Easy for end users to use. Does have it's in wiki which is useful when searching for help on certain topics.

What I love most about Acumatica is its flexibility to custom design.

To be frank i am disappointed but we feel we are stuck with the product. Instead of saving time and personnel we need more time to do the functions.

Being able to easily modify and customize Acumatica, and very friendly customer support. I think it gives me the best value for money.

Some unique features like Attributes, sub-accounts, non-inventory items, Branches. Good, detailed security model.

Being able to analyze all project costs (including labor)  has been a huge eye opener for management.

There is very little about this product that I don't like. Acumatica only sells through a channel of partners.

And if you already have a solution, Acumatica's robust API makes integration very easy, it has very good integations with other software.

We had a problem with Jet that didn't let us publish our own 1 year warranty as a bullet point. Zentail cannot override bullet point features.

I do not know how this software has gotten such high praises.

If I had to say what I like best is Zentail makes me feel like a partner and not a customer. I feel as though they are vested in our success.

This software makes it easy to push your listings to all sales channels such as Wal-mart, eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.

I know there's a lot more Zentail can do that  I haven't even touched yet (I'll leave these to their respective departments).

This software is crap when it comes to purchase orders, shipping, and just about everything else you would use it for.

I love that the interface is so user friendly and easy to follow.

Pretty cool we could set the increase and let it run NOT pricing was jacked up across the marketplaces. Way off 8% and we would have one item with 10 different colors.

The success dashboard is a great tool to help manage products on all the websites. The Analytics tool is great to see what products are hot and what are not, what is making money and what is not.

BE WARNED If they fail to deliver on your onboarding goals, you will not be released from the contract.

I like how I can control what warehouse will fulfill what products as I have multiple warehouses.

I feel as though they are vested in our success. There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

However, it caused a lot of issues with Jet and plummeted that marketplace. Constant uphill battle with that marketplace using this tool.

Great Solution to list Products on multiple channels  in one interface.

At this point I had already disconnected Zentail from all of my channels and hoped to mitigate losses by cancelling the 1k per month Zentail subscription.

I am very impressed not only with the ease of use but the ease of getting up and running.

I love how easy it is to load a product (with the right data), flip switches and it's listed on all the channels you have hooked up.

But they do have a partner you can integrate with for another $1000 + dollars a month. Pricing- a complete and utter waste of time.

The software has all of the functionality that I need to manage my multi-channel marketplaces. The Zentail support team is super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Customer service is great, flexibility and understanding each customers unique situations. Just a great software and great team.

Managing selling prices by using the dynamic re-pricer is great. Zentail worked closely with me to customize an order export file that works perfect within my business model.

Every now and then we'll run into a bug or have a question about a feature, and Zentail's support team has always been very responsive and helpful.

I was excited about the inventory and pricing features as well as being able to optimize across marketplaces. Failures in all 3 features.

We had no way of keeping an accurate inventory at either warehouse and it did not take inventory out based off where it shipped from.

In my mind as a business owner that sells products, if I have a product that costs me more money to service the customer than it makes, that is a poor product.

Easy to use interface, easy to see back end records (who changed what, and when) and diagnosing issues of products/listings. The API is nice to pull and do some custom programmed automated analysis.

The repricer that it claims to have is garbage as well, it is not a algorithmic repricer and will loose you money.

There support is awesome and they are always looking to improve.

We started this program hopeful that it would be our solution to having multiple e-commerce sites.
