### Most mentioned pros

- Great to setup reordering points & quantities; Customer statements, credit notes, returns, Online Catalogue for customers, etc
- Integrates very well with our day to day tracking of stock movement, purchasing and reports.
- There are simple .csv uploads and downloads to help every day with placing a lot of orders or uploading BOMs.

### Most mentioned cons

- The format for invoices is not helpful in the that the total amount sometimes the the last digit gets wrapped to the next row.
- The fact that it is not easy to adjust the invoice look and the Excel transfer sheet for evaluation.
- This might be a problem with QuickBooks more than Inflow, but the integration between the two is hopeless.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5

#### Pros

InFlow was a great program originally for smaller companies and was a great way to manage inventory and create a professional looking Inventory Management System.

#### Cons

No support even though purchased the program at full price when they were small. They have left the little guy behind unfortunately and now it is too expensive and only for big guys.

Super smooth, and very amazing for counting inventory!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Easy to use. Keeps everything organized. And you can customize it further if needed. We use sublocation as a place to name batches, and it's very useful.

#### Cons

It cannot use a product to create another product in the work orders. We normally have to use the same product to create more of this by creating a sort of circular reference, but this is not allowed.

#### Reasons for switching to inFlow Inventory

Excel too time consuming and have to put in formulas

### Almost amazing, but still very solid

Very happy with the product, since we are in the food industry lot code tracking is a huge priority. The way we work around not having this feature built in is that we have lot based inventory. So instead of setting it up as 'Widget A', 'Widget B' and 'Widget C' it's setup so that there are 10 lot numbers associated with A, 15 with B, etc.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Easy to use Accurate tracking Can setup multiple warehouse locations Customer service is top notch A lot of reports, can build customer reports if needed

#### Cons

No built in lot code tracking - there are work arounds for this but they aren't perfect and have their own issues which wouldn't be an issue if there was built in lot code tracking.

I really like the site and customer service is super fantastic!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 3/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Keeping track of products, and who order or putting remarks were things went.

#### Cons

I would like to have a way to reserve products for a sale that we are waiting for customers payment to clear without totally taking it out of inventory, but it shows our website that product is not there at that time, so we do not take an order for product that we are holding for a customer. We do not have your full package with the store because we have a website. I would just like to have a simple way to put product on reserve / hold.

#### Reasons for switching to inFlow Inventory

It was hard to learn and teach employees in a timely manner.

I had an easy time setting it up. It took a long time because we have so many parts but in the end was so worth it! I've been using it for about 2.5 months and have not had any problems.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

I really like that it is all in one. I dont need different programs to keep track of inventory, customers, and invoices.

#### Cons

I wish I could click on a part in a sales order and bring up info about the part. If I want to look at a parts info I have to look it up separately.

#### Reasons for choosing inFlow Inventory

Better suited our needs. It was also a way better price.

#### Reasons for switching to inFlow Inventory

Limble couldn't do what we need it to. It also is for maintenance more then inventory.

It has all the we currently need in terms of order management and inventory management, and such basic functions are enough so far. But the SQL engine tends to jam very often... it is annoying yet not a cause to discard the software yet.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I've been using Inflow inventory management software for the past two years, and it has significantly streamlined our inventory processes. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to learn and use without extensive training. The real-time tracking feature has improved our inventory accuracy and reduced the time spent on manual stock checks. One of the standout features is the comprehensive reporting tools, which provide valuable insights into our inventory trends and help us make informed decisions. The ability to integrate with other systems has further enhanced our operational efficiency. Customer support has been excellent, with prompt responses and helpful solutions whenever we've had questions. Overall, Inflow has become an indispensable tool for our business, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient inventory management solution.

#### Cons

The only negative we have found is with the Inflow Cloud App. It would be great if it had more functionality. Inability to add and see attachments on a sales order is not a deal breaker but would be a nice addition for future app updates.

#### Cons

Struggling with setting up the correct tax codes for transfer into Quickbooks. We've not come to grips with all the data transfer between the two softwares, so it requires tidying up in QB.

#### Reasons for choosing inFlow Inventory

We started with the free version online and it immediately becaame our default sales nd inventory management software. We turn over 3/4 of a million revenue annually and we don't foresee changing this system out any time in the near future. It works brilliantly for us!

### A dream to work with

Pretty much all the Inventory and work orders, and practical flows of invoicing, sales orders, purchase orders etc.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Quite simply, it is easy and allows for most functions we need with work orders and serialized items. The Inflow Cloud is fast enough and easily customizable. Great stuff, quite simply. :) And the customer service is nothing short of stunning.

#### Cons

There are no cons, per se, more features that would be great to add on, as time passes and you develop the software further; the Android client (being able to do POs, SOs and invoicing would be fantastic). There are some other bugs with the Android client, in terms of cost pricing on the products that can be straightened out; right now we can't really use it for much. Furthermore, it would be great to be able to communicate in our own language with customers that are non-English speakers, by adding European specialty letters instead of ? :) And should you move towards creating shipments directly through API (with tracking updates) towards DHL, TNT, UPS etc, that would be cool (check out the Parcel tracker app for Android). And also of course taking the step out towards an own integrated sales platform to a little bit bigger extent than the inventory showroom (like a webshop of sorts), rather than the one-way integration to Shopify, that could be a really interesting proposition for us (however, we understand that it is an inventory system, and at that it is great stuff.

#### Reasons for choosing inFlow Inventory

Price vs quality made the call; and the onboarding process solidified our entrenchment as a customer (now in two different companies)

#### Reasons for switching to inFlow Inventory

The old one was legacy upon legacy, which was tedious; Inflow is the exact opposite.

#### Vendor response

Hi Christian, thanks for the great review! I just wanted to update you on some of the features you mentioned as a lot has changed since your review! You can now do POs, SOs and share/email invoices from the mobile app. The Shopify integration now pushes inventory from inFlow to Shopify as well as pulling Shopify orders into inFlow. Our API is now available to use and you can see our documentation here: https://cloudapi.inflowinventory.com/docs/index.html We do also integrate with EasyPost now, which you can connect your existing carrier to (e.g. DHL and UPS) so that you can generate and print a shipping label without leaving inFlow. It can also notify your customers automatically that their order has been shipped. Keep the feedback coming, we'd love to hear from you! Warm regards, Cassandra

Overall I'm very positive about Inflow Inventory and so are my colleagues and bookkeeper. We have access from our mobile devices which is great. I also have to mention the help-desk, it is very useful and correct.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

It's a great way to keep track of stock from purchase to sales. And with the Woocommerce integration it has increased its usefulness.

#### Cons

There is some discrepancy between theoretical purchases and real world, practical situations with suppliers. But this cannot be helped. I would like to see an option where purchases that are in transit with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) could be included in stock levels. That way clients visiting the online showroom could see when their required products would be available for delivery from our warehouse.

### One of the better offline packages I've tried, cloud based offering is coming along nicely

- Industry: Internet
- Company size: 51-200 employees

- Reviewed: October 2018

Support for this software is very good, I never have a problem getting a response, and there is a user based forum that also has a lot of information.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I liked that it was affordable, did not require that you pay a monthly subscription (for the offline version) and that it was more intuitive than most I've tried. The new integrated barcode feature of the cloud product brings this to the level of $10,000 systems I have used in the past.

#### Cons

The biggest con with both versions of this software is the inability to handle multiple warehouses properly. If an item you have is in multiple locations, it treats those locations as different bins on the same shelf, so it will not tell you that you need to order more for warehouse "A" of there is enough in warehouse "B,C,D" to meet the min/max criteria. This requires you to use different part numbers for the same thing in each warehouse, which is doable but annoying when it comes to transferring between warehouses and labelling.

#### Vendor response

Hi Chris, Thanks for the review! We have significantly improved how locations work in inFlow since your review. It's now possible to have separate reorder points for each of your locations and different actions you want to take at each location when that point is hit. For example, you could set a reorder point for your main warehouse and have that warehouse get replenished by purchases to your vendor. Meanwhile you could have smaller reorder points at your stores or branches that get replenished through Stock Transfers from your main warehouse. Manufacturers could also choose for a finished item to get replenished by building more on a Work Order. Hope that helps! Cassandra

It is really comprehensive vs all other software that we evaluated. I would say that this is the top inventory software in its class, before the big ERPs. Also, their recent strategy to move to cloud with integration to popular platforms has made the software more relevant, and made our business easier to operate. Finally, the customer service is really great. They do interact with all users closely and they listen to product improvement suggestions.

#### Cons

1) it would really really be a big productivity boost to be able to create sales order, review customer receivables/orders, and stock transfers in the mobile app or at least in the web app

#### Vendor response

Hey Mark, Thanks for the great review! Just wanted to let you know that it is now possible to do all the things you mentioned: create and review Sales Orders/ Purchase Orders, and Stock transfers in both the mobile app and also in the web app. Cheers, Cassandra
