We had to spend countless hours and thousands of dollars for our real accountant to fix the MESS that Orderbot made of our books.

I started looking at my options because inventory was a huge problem for us.

I love that it's a window based program. I can access it from anywhere in the world.

The system keeps card info so sales are easy for accounts and it integrates with UPS so it's easy to ship through.

The software has been great and I've really enjoyed working with their support team.

Customer service was awful. We never received the operational product that they promised, even after months of trying and thousands of dollars.

The team at Orderbot are great to deal with, support is timely even with being on the opposite side of the world.

We then pull quick account summaries to upload to our accounting software for the financial side. This system has proven to save time and help us deliver greater customer service.

I don't have to create a new file like qbooks when it hits a certain amount of gigs. Posting checks is vey simple, searching for accounts on multiple levels is great, building profiles is simple.

In orderbot you cannot,  you have to pay to get reports and they milk you for it. I was WILLING to pay for the reports, but the turn around time is WHEN THEY HAVE TIME.

It is an entirely separate system to manage that is quite difficult to manage.

This product Simplifies our order process flow , Such a great product. And it's price worth its purpose.

I think it's more that they couldn't keep up with their lies.

Overall layout made viewing things quick and easy.

They never came and I began to wonder if the company had been lied to just as all the Orderbot customers had been told stories of all the wonders that this product could do.

Easy to install on desktop computer and start up to use and search for various items you want or need.

I love the way products are set up in categories, and groups, it makes it easy to find the products clients are requesting.

Originally we used it to streamline shipping with various fedex/dhl/usps integrations. This saved a ton of time and manpower for us.

Ability to see all orders before their delivery date is a rare feature that I really enjoyed. Reporting features are robust.

We have greatly improved the accuracy of our inventory and traceability of components being used in the finish goods we produce.

Coded in VBA and easy to understand. The design studio is easy to understand and debugging code is simple and very helpful.

RFGen has been very helpful all through our development process and beyond.

It works exactly like it was sold, which is a nice change. It nicely integrates with Microsoft Dynamics and allows us to accurately keep tracking inventory, which was a headache before.

This allows us to move quickly on hot items or save our internal resources for different projects when needed.

These are interfaced with with our EDI software, Oracle shipping software, and our ERP, making it the hub of our company's day to day activities. The more I work with it, the more I like it.

Developing and deploying an application to handheld has never been this easy. Customer support is also very reliable and easy to contact.

The ease of use either for end user as for it's configuration.

We have implemented RFgen to gain efficiencies and increase the accuracy of our inventory in our spare parts supplies.

Data stored includes problem, solution, etc. We also use it to interface to our WMS by the materials team to order and track delivery of stock and supplies used on the production floor.

We used to take manufacturing orders and have them completed, held on the floor until a planner could go around and pick them up, and then complete the orders. Highly inefficient and lost costs.

I don't think this is fault of RFGen, since I do believe these modules were written by consultants (before my time).

We are increasing our efficiencies and gaining lean savings by decreasing the time to complete transactions.

The only downfall we have with this software is that our initial custom programs have no documentation whatsoever.

This is logistically a hard endeavor because our handhelds are all over our branches in the US.

Interface relies on JDE World screen scraping technology to handle business functions and data manipulation.

Easy to install, easy to configure and use. GUI was user friendly and adaptation by staff was quick.

RFgen has helped to speed up our warehouse transactions, also it has helped to reduce differences between system and real. End users are pleased with the ease of use and how intuitive it is.
