Quick Base is a solid way to visualize and share data with controls. It serves well as a data repository and tool for displaying large data sets.

The forms and intuitive charts are one among the best things in QuickBase apart from APIs and custom pages.

It can integrate with other tools such as excel, salesforce and others that help with making work super easy for us managers.

Apps can be set to not be available to all employees -- which is useful for both security, as well as efficiency. I like not having to browse 99 tabs to find the one I need.

Overall Quick Base looks like an extremely useful tool for our team. In just a few short weeks we are noticing improvement across multiple areas.

It's hard to get started developing these because they don't have developer accounts, and the trial is only 30 days long.

Quick Base allows businesses to be agile and build either applications for the long term or ad hoc apps for short term use. Customer support is extremely responsive and helpful.

The QuickBase sales and support (all-important) teams respond rapidly, have good ideas, and want to see their customers succeed.

It was a nice program, just too expensive for our small company needs.

We were really excited about the features in quickbase, particularly the ability to edit columns and other fields after databases were initially created.

This software lacks a lot of features that should be integrated and contacting support can be a pain.

Quick Base is very simple and easy to use even for first time users which makes it incredibly efficient when it comes to implementation.

I have also tried a few other similar tools out there and nothing comes close. Main downside is it's on the pricy side and sometimes hard to justify recommending to my clients and associates.

The ability to input data via mobile phone is awesome as well.

Great customer support - I always get an almost immediate response, with great follow-through. Reliability - all things considered, it is down very seldom.

It takes a lot of clicks to get somewhere. A minor issue really, but I find it irritating to have to 10 things to get what I want because the search function isn't particularly sensitive.

I like usig Quckbase, it's very dynamic and helps you to build any apps and template easy.

Lots of positive notes on the ease of use side, however, not all applications are supported.

If a server goes down, all work has to stop. The same thing stops if it's overloaded.

The ability to generate reports with or without SQL is a great advantage filtering is very responsive and in all very intuitive with data.

There are better, simpler programs for it. I use it to track thousands of tiny, moving bits of information, and while I wouldn't say it's perfect -- it does a darn good job.

We can put a new person in one of our modules and show them how to use it straight away. There are more advanced features that  we use but those are also easy to come up to speed on.

With tons of features, it can be difficult to learn - especially when someone else initially created the app.

Graphical interface gives good reporting of metrics. Easy to use as a ticketing and request tool for interactions with clients.

Excellent tool, but licensing and pricing make it less ubiquitous.

This platform is for businesses both large and small. Easy to train our clients to use; they love it, too.

It's functional but it's very limited in what you can do. I end up going into it through the website.

It's based on laymen's programming language. They have pretty good customer service.

Able to easily code alerting to employees based on alerts, allow them to manage assignments and tasks, keep track of their projects and schedule, and ultimately save our company money.

First of all, the price is so cheap for that kind of service and features. The software is super flexible and customizable.

It is one of the best applications I have admin.

I like the intuitiveness and that customer support is readily available. It's also kind of fun to have different themes for the background.

I appreciate the ease of use for my customer service team when it come to entering orders. The Salespad interface is far superior to the GP in regards to order entry.

It is difficult to use Salespad to keep a record of the additional information for a prolonged period of time that I sometimes need hard copies to look back on.

The workflow functionality is awesome and a key component. The customization of documents and custom fields allow them to effectively run their multi product line company.

Workflow is by far the best part of this software, and incredibly powerful for any distribution business.

While the system is working for us, there are a lot of things we'd like to improve but it all takes time and money.

Functionality, ease of use, the custom aspects of your screens and also added features. The ability to create integrations  with your website and the customer service is best in class.

Because of that limitation, I still have to receive each order individually in GP.

Run into problems with configurations, memory performance, and taxes.

There are fields that can be easily changed by accidentally scrolling over them with a mouse and can be hard to detect until too late i.e. payment terms, ship method or sales rep and territory.

Very good and very easy to pick up after just a few days.

Good responsive company we are continuing to build our relationship with them.

The ease of functionality of working SalesPad in real time and the data pulled from GP is accurate. Sales department likes the ease of putting in an order and search/look up options.

Sales pad is the best front end order sales entry system with Flexability and super support.

Excellent high-end features like item restrictions, complex pricing down to address card and/or item levels, automated item and customer notes, workflows, etc.

I am overall happy with salespad. It streamlined our business process to make things in the office/warehouse more user friendly and easy to use.

The customization is very helpful to setup windows best suited to your needs. Organization is key and easy to manage with customizable tabs and folders.

Workflow, powerful 3rd party integrations and regular updates to the product make it a worthwhile investment for any business looking to enhance their ERP platform.

CRM functionality needs to be built out further. No direct connection between prospect/opportunity and quote/order.

Saels Pad is great to see everything about the order with one click on the document search. Sales Monitor is another great view of orders, that are in different batches.

Error messages not giving enough detail on what line or what the issue really is, in normal communications.

A couple of small issues, such as order locks and no warning on the receiving screen about whether or not you've saved your work. This can cause problems.

But since it draws this analysis solely from the sales history, components for finished products end up with no analysis regarding usage.

My new website integration is going to improve our customer support and cut costs for us in ways we can never imagine, thank you SalesPad.

We have made numerous customizations to aid our business processes, and SalesPad support (along with healthy support from our VAR) has made this pretty easy and inexpensive.

I've found SalesPad's customer service to be far better than our GP re-seller and very good overall.
