  • Pros

  • I had very good experience while i was working with mulesoft. The best thing i like in mulesoft is to ease of use.
  • You need to use other concepts and best practices, but they offer a great information about it in his blog. MuleSoft is a great application like ESB (on-premise and CloudHub).
  • This is one the best studio o have ever seen very best in quality and customer support was awesome.
  • Cons

  • Many bugs in the editor - showing errors where there are none, showing errors on the wrong lines.
  • I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.
  • Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

  • Pros

  • There is a lot of power in the platform for complex integrations with the ability to expand using java. Ability to submit test cases is great and lowers the QA load for monthly releases.
  • Customer support was awesome. Sales representative always used to call me to check whether I have some questions or any other issues in regards to the tool which was really awesome.
  • I highly recommend the Boomi certification class, but the help from the service desk was great too. We plan to add more connections as we continue to grow.
  • Cons

  • The inability to setup email notifications just for errors/stopped processes creates a bit of an administrative burden.
  • Minor performance issues with large volumes of data. There are also instances where some component windows do not work as expected or have a poor usability due to limited visibility.
  • It's very annoying not having a way to audit the connections, sometime the connectors fail and you don't have a good log to see what happen.
