  • Pros

  • Automate is feature rich and great for managing our clients desktops and servers. We love the ability to do patch management with this tool.
  • The remote program is really good. Very simple and quick when a caller has called in.
  • Cons

  • Definitely full featured, but a little too pricey to be used for stand alone in house Corporate use, really designed more for MSP's.
  • Again, I suspect due to the years of bringing the tools together, Automate seemed to somewhat stall/lag on added features for awhile.

  • The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.
  • Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic great for small business.
  • Cons

  • My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).
  • Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue too limited.
