I liked that you could use the web and use an APP for connecting to computers. I liked that I coudl use my cell phone app to connect when away from my PC.

Having quick access at any of my computers to control remote equipment in the Caribbean has improved our workflow in a great manner.

Although I would prefer to use this product over any other, the pricing is ridiculously high with no negotiation available.

Price is good for small office with limited computers. Works with all browsers that I have tried it with, although some better than others.

We started with LogMeIn when it was a free service and purchased a volume license since we had about 70 computers to use LogMeIn for tech support.

I only dislike that you have to pay for it...but that's silly. These guys deserve more money.

Great tool for remote sessions. Easy to access as a user and easy to provide to clients requiring assistance.

I have used this several time to have people help me on my computer and it has worked great and is easy to use and install.

I'm not big on phone calls so it makes me nuts when I forget to log off and I get business calls after-hours.

I love how it helps you keep your computer under control without any complications.

There are 2 autentifications. First to LogMeIn and the second to the host, which sometimes is little annoying.

The UI is clean and intuitive. Makes remote support a snap for the help desk.

Nothing about the software, usually bad experiences were due to slow internet connections.

During this pandemic I can work from home and still be able to access my computer and all my things on it. Its is easy to log in and easy to maneuver around.

When it was working, it was reliable and easy to use. It allows for a full takeover of a computer remotely.

The software does remote desktop well; the resolution is good and even some of the remote management for Windows computer is beneficial.

The only thing I don't like about log me in, is that I worry someone in the office can see me accessing my screen while not there.

It is useful for our IT team to help us fix issues when we are working remote. It helps us be confident that working remote will work for our organization.

The ability to quickly connect to the PC to perform maintenance is another of my favorite features.

Overall, I don't think the extra cost is justified if you do not meet the 25 licenses minimum. Putting in the Antivirus software into it seems to be an interesting idea.

I like how easily you can remotely control your devices with LogMeIn Central. Is pretty straightforward to use, and with high performance for the low resources it requires.

Easy to use, centralized management, ease of deployment, easy to create groups, users, and admins. Uptime was never an issue.

Easy, reliable and great for setting up remote access for notice users who need to work remotely or connect into a pc occasionally.

After a problem caused by a bad Windows update, I needed a way to remotely administer my servers while away from the office.

Sometimes the delay time is a bit annoying as it takes longer for things to load while remoting into someone's pc periodically.

There is no way I could do my job without accessing a client's computer.

It has a great remote access feature that is really simple for people with even the smallest amount of computer knowledge to give access to their computer for IT issues and demonstrations.

Their customer service is very difficult to work with, they are a bit curt and can come off as rude.

My only negative is that it can sometimes take a while to get a hold of a support person when there is an issue. I have waited a couple of days in the past (mid-week, not over a weekend).

It allows me all the tools and functionality needed to successfully manage our Azure AD and O365 users.

ADManager+ - excellent integration with helpdesk.

Worst support i have ever come across in 20 years in IT.

The auditing reports are great as we can easily find out who changed something and when.

It's been very helpful for our network team and makes weekly and monthly reporting very easy.

AD manager Plus is one of the best product to maintain your daily AD Tasks.

Cheap and fantastic software for AD Management.

Its alot like a few of the other software programs out there , it is fairly simple to use , delegates roles , eliminates repetitive motions , pretty basic  great for small business.

All ManageEngine products are easy to use. Technical Support is great and provides solutions to problems on first call.

Upgrades, ease of use, If you do have any issues this is the best software I have ever seen offering support. I would recommend to any company with an active directory environment.

Very useful and powerful tool for automating account creation, allows you to reduce your reliance on aging scripts and empowers those without comprehensive scripting knowledge to automate processes.

Doesnt allow for you to change alot, doesn't give enough characters to use to explain an issue  too limited.

The chat function to get technical support is great. They constantly has new functions to provide to users.

Active directory left untouched , automate and streamline AD tasks with little scripting knowledge, simple user interface.

It does the job, but I have my doubts about the technical way in which it is implemented.

In this day and age, Security is paramount and if someone were to hack or steal a password for the product, they could do serious damage to an domain.

Complex reporting and task are made very easy with Ad manager plus and it is one of the product helping me a lot with daily tasks.

At times, searching can be somewhat cumbersome as the loading of information based on a search or report can lag.

The only problem I can think of is getting  an invoice from Manage Engine in the form needed by our finance department  so we could pay the maintenance bill.

Haven't really found anything I don't like about the software yet.

I like that this product changes quickly to accommodate changes made by MS.  I like the reporting. I like bulk create/modify options.

The price of entry was really cheap and it's very useful, has many functions included for AD management and reporting.

ADManager helps you to audit and manage active directory (and other systems).

Helps with standardization when you have many engineers managing the same AD. Easy to use and effective reporting.

No DirSync but was told it is coming. AD Delegation is a little clunky to figure out.

ADMP has also made synchronizing our cloud and on-premise environments through automation simple and organized. Their support staff has been very courteous in resolving our issues.

AD Managerplus makes life by automating  Active directory tasks with simple interface.

ROI is quick, and the support is easy to get to, not hidden like some companies. You can get to help from right inside some of the products.

And there are frequent  free online training sessions that improve our knowledge of the product's capabilities. Their tech support is very good to work with, very quick to respond.

We have introduced a lot of automation from helpdesk using the API. This allows L1 technicians to perform functions they otherwise would not have access to in a secure manner.

The support staff gets back to you quickly when you have questions and are very helpful, and the pricing is very reasonable for what is offered.

Easy to use, customizable, has templates and workflow features. Overall a great product for the money.
