  • Pros

  • If you can read, you can use Onspring. I love the ability to continue leveraging the data we have in the system to create new time-saving solutions for little to no capital outlay.
  • End-user adoption has been high and all users find the solution intuitive and easy to use with very little training.
  • Cons

  • At times some features seem to lack maturity in terms of what enhancements I expect to see, but these enhancements often come in later releases.
  • The interface for reports development can be a bit challenging at times. If you have a lot of fields in your apps, searching for them when building/filtering a report can be a struggle.

  • In addition, it is possible to retrieve the correct data from TOPdesk. Furthermore, the TOPdesk developers are continuously working on improving the product.
  • TOPdesk is a quality solution, supported by quality people and at a very affordable price.
  • Cons

  • Very specific pointed towards the IT world, such as for a printer defect. But not the ideal solution for a more general type of ITSM application.
  • No drag and drop for adding files to incidents.
