I wish we utilized more of the software than what we do currently but that is our loss.

The platform cost was only a portion of what other platforms were quoted. Jailtracker is very user friendly.

The software updates are not always useful and should sometimes be left alone.

It has limited functionality in relation to previous systems that we have used.

Love the accounting systems  and have greater love for our rep. She can speak to you on a high level OR can come on down and get on my level to help me understand.

The program itself is very easy to learn and to use. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new JMS vendor.

Software is very easy to use and user friendly, customer support group is great and easy to work with, always sending out new updates.

Overall it has been a great transition to jail tracker I'm very happy with our decision to go with Jail Tracker for our JMS.

UI layout is mostly easy to understand. I like how it is similar to MS office in that it has a ribbon at the top and tabbed pages.

The software/team is also open to integrating with other software and has done so successfully for us. We have really tried to improve our jail operations and this JMS has really streamlined things.

The tabs assist in maneuvering about the data in a understandable manner. Other features such as Mug Shot Lineup and Incidents allow for investigators to do a better job in case buildup.

I like that it's easy and smooth sailing from tab to tab putting information in. I do like that the contacts page was separated into its own tab.

JailTracker is very user-friendly. It's easy to navigate and also to customize to your personal preferences.

I believe that booking officers have a hard time with the skip tab when temp releasing someone.

I have had a great experience with Jail Tracker, Customer service is great if we have an issue arise.

This software is very easy to navigate and use. We use it here to keep track of who is on the roster and when they will have to appear in court again.

Has been positive overall. Staff is very friendly and returns calls in a very timely manner.

Everything is easy to navigate and when/ if questions do arise customer service is very easy to contact and walk us through the issue.

Not able to delete past scheduled events and it has now created a very long list making it difficult to locate what I am looking for.

When comparing JMS systems with my peers, JailTracker always seems to be a step above the rest. The customer service and support is amazing.

The software is very user friendly. I like the idea that each facility can write reports to customize your individual facility needs.

This is an easy to use package that can be configured for most applications. Excellent support from a great group of people.

I think jail tracker is a great system. I've been through the different systems and I think jail tracker is by far the best one.

Poorly written software, terrible tech support.

The amount of time it saves managing schedules, running reports and ability to make changes with ease.

Having the  clear, simple views of daily and weekly schedules  makes  it  easy to see who is working and where shifts need to be filled.

During the introduction phase, it was hard to get used to. Especially, since we had moved from a more archaic way of doing things for years.

VCS POSS (Police Officer Scheduling System) has been great for RPD. Overtime reporting for budget projections and expenses is a primary use.

If they don't select a shift within the time frame, they are skipped. There is no way to turn this off.

Overall my experience with VCS has been more than excellent.

We are able to remotely view our schedules from everyone and hold everyone accountable. The system is great and the customer service is bar none.

We have been using POSS since 2007 and it has proven itself many times over. Being able to  run the many reports has enabled us to save unnecessary  overtime expenses.

POSS gives us an overview of the schedule, who requested off, who is out sick, and what assignments they are on. Very easy to use and deploy thanks to a great support team.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the product as well as the customer service that we receive.

I really like the ability to schedule help sessions on anything and get to work one on one with someone to fix issues. This makes for an overall good experience.

This software is very intuitive and easy to use.

Additionally, being able to capture detail categories that increase cost by pay period, quarter or annually has been the greatest bonus.

There is no way to change this. Typically after enough agencies complain, they will incorporate the change, however an option like this should be included from the start.
