"Being able to seamlessly book people into classes and handle payment with very little hands on effort after set up is an incredible feature."

"Onboarding Packets – automatically send a welcome packet when a new client signs up or subscribes to BusyPaws as a user"

"The low introduction rate and discount was 100% the winning factor compared to other programs -- as well as transparent pricing without having to talk to a rep."

"NO support for the lowest tier plan ($35/month), they break parts of the product & refuse to tell me how to fix it, can't sync with multiple calendars, payments are slow, no option for overnight pet sitting in the clients home"

"I originally started with the lowest-tier plan, which included no directed onboarding aside from some links (even 20 minutes talking to someone would have made a huge difference) and no access to a live person for support when something appeared to not be working properly were the most frustrating things for me. While the Q&A catalog is helpful, it’s not sufficient when something isn’t working as described."

"There is a “work around” for pricing, depending on your pricing policies, however, they do have an upgrade for “dynamic pricing” but I really cant afford it right now."
