Great meter for voice of customer
Been very good! Their support team is awesome, and it is definitely a worthwhile program and company to work with.
PROSHelps to see how clients are feeling, and areas we can improve on. Things customers might not necessarily say out loud, but that are important feedback.
CONSThe landing page could benefit from different views and filter options.
Reasons for switching to Pulse For Good
Logistically it was very hard to make good use of the paper surveys, and harder to get customers to want to. They love walking up to the kiosk now.

Pulse For Good Software - insightful and valuable
I look forward to continuing to use this product to provide immediate anonymous feedback from our clients. We have gained insights from this that we've never seen before and have integrated that back into our systems of service provision. We are continuing to work on additional improvements and placements at our other facilities.
PROSWhile this is a relatively new product on the market, we found the insights provided via the customer feedback portals to be useful and insightful. It took some time to get the data interface to a point that I would call "user-friendly," but the support team at PFG were always responsive and looking for ways to improve the product directly related to the feedback we offered.
CONSThe set up was easy to complete but as mentioned previously there was some startup difficulty in accessing the data intuitively and easily in a way that we could find useful. The longer the product has been in place the better it has become.

The direct communication from the management team at PFG directly influenced our decision to work with them. They met with us in person and responded quickly to our feedback.

I do believe that the pulse for good machine is very helpful but knowing the requested cost, I do not feel that it was worth that much.
PROSThe software is very useful in the sense that we are able to "hear our guests concerns". The rating system shows areas that need improvement and areas that are appreciated.
CONSEven though the kiosk was set to only enable guests to enter information on the pulse for good setting, guests somehow figured out how to access camera and settings. This would require resetting.

Perfect Solution to Measure Client Satisfaction
The kiosks are easy to set up and use, the iPad's are long-lasting, and I love the customizable survey option. Ithe instant feedback loop of the real-time responses on the dashboard ensure the collected data is actionable. The best part about Pulse is the superior support from the Pulse team. They are proactive, innovative, and incredibly available to ensure our experience is always top-tier.
CONSThe kiosks sometimes lost connectivity or go unresponsive, and this can require attention from the on site employees, which is not ideal.

Pleasant surprise
Overall I think adding Pulse For Good as a way for our patients to supply feedback allowing us to grow and improve was a great decision. We have made some well rounded improvement and many patients state we are doing a wonderful job which is nice to staff reassurance.
PROSWhat I enjoy most is the ability to track the rating trend per question. We use this feature to see which questions our patients are more likely to answer or what questions we need to change in order to fit the dynamic of the experience
CONSi would say the struggle we had in the beginning with this software is setting it up on an ipad instead of a kiosk. Most facilities use a Kiosk to display their survey and that option didn't work for our clinic. We were able to make an adjustment and use an Ipad that we hand to patients. The set back there, is the widget on the Ipad is temperamental and occasionally doesn't work.

It was a great tool for my unit
PROSGood tracking for reviews. It was an easy access when you have a laptop or computer.
CONSMost of the time when out clients move things around our connection usually get lost sometimes. Customer service has a quick response.

Occasional Crashing
It has helped us get more reviews to help us know where we need to improve and what we need to keep doing.
PROSIt is so easy to use. Because of this, I get more people who are willing to take the extra 30 seconds to give us a review before they leave.
CONSIt crashes occasionally and the app says it cannot connect to the site even if the device is connected to the internet and other apps are functional.

Clinic Manager Review
Historically, the survey questions did not meet the data I was interested in. But we recently changed our survey to become more personal with providers. This way we have a bit more information to performance manage providers and help better the client experience.
PROSIts easy for clientele to understand. The ability to reach clients offsite.
CONSThe constant attention the kiosk seems to need. We now keep our kiosk offline and sent out links to clients, also works best during this COVID environment.

Excellent service!
I don't do a whole lot with the programming or the set up of the software, I just implement it in my clinic with my clients and I love it! It's super easy for them to navigate and our representatives to help with technical issues are super prompt to resolve problems

Great product, easy to use
Pulse for Good changed my company's customer satisfaction surveying forever. It made it more convenient, easier to track and digest.

My only concern is with the questions it asks. These are not tailored to my specific clients. Some of the questions don’t apply. But this is not a software issue.
