I use ION daily to build landing pages for all my sites for subscription offers. I have found ION to be very easy to use.

We are kind of spoiled by some of the reports we get from our own tracking system ROIA and other services where it is a dump of ALL data and we pick a choose.

It's a great platform for growing companies to manage multiple landing pages. It's easy to use for non-technical people and if you can't figure something out the tech support can't be beat.

ION continues to be a great source for innovative ideas (One of the very few vendor newsletters I love to receive).

Customer service is at the top of its class. Our representative is incredibly knowledgeable, quick to respond, and helpful.

The platform is user friendly, it has alot of functionalities and we love that we can see where are customers click on our landing pages.

I highly recommend it for marketers who don't want to wait around for their agency or IT department to help them get an online experience quickly out the door.

If you need to be creating webpages at a very quick speed, then this is the best tool for you to use effectively.

One incorrect click-and-drag can mess up a whole page sometimes. The platform itself could use a User Experience refresh.

Sometimes the segmentation gets in the way and can confuse the numbers. This all may be in my team's setup, or in Ion, not sure.

Ion is a great tool for delivering interactive content. Support is fantastic and their help documents are on-point.

Creating and managing forms is fairly convoluted - many tabs to navigate. Without css/html skills it can be difficult to achieve pixel precision.

There is no option for form validation when there is more than one form on the page. More 'UNDO' opportunities are necessary as it is easy to drag and drop widgets in the wrong place.

But once you use it once, and sell it to a cleint or two, the cost can easily be passed on to clients and you can even start making money on the MSF from clients.

Ion has really responsive and helpful customer support, and the flexibility of the tool and variety of templates for deploying content rapidly is a big benefit.

It's testing capabilities are among the best I've seen, and the ability to launch new pages quickly and easily is great.

The approval process is quick and easy. The calendar looks good.

Support team is very responsive and helpful at all times.

We are very happy with our switch to localist. It has has made our event management for our admins so much easier and we have seen a significant increase in our analytics.

The calendar has a nice look and has a lot of features integrated into it. It has been stable and reliable throughout the time we've used it.

But a lot of my visitors complain about this. They want to see a monthly overview without a very long scroll.

The approval of events is pretty easy and it's nice to have all the info involved - when and who submitted it.

I've been happy with the ease of use and reliability of the product.

Having to deal with spam comments and events can be frustrating. Not sufficient documentation for creating custom widgets for our website.

After I've uploaded a new audience, the response time a for it to appear and become useable. This is very confusing and stressful when you need to send the campaign.

The customer service at Localist is excellent. They are proactive by checking in regularly and when we have an issue or question they address it right away.

The calendar has little to no spam protection so users can post hundreds of bogus reviews while trying to farm clicks on our platform.

Older newsletter feature was too limited and difficult, and the newer newsletter feature seems complicated still. A lot of software changes have been difficult to keep up with changes and features.

The lack of a writable API is discouraging and makes it difficult to integrate with our other systems.
