The job costing is hands down the best feature of SynkedUP! Gone are the days of figuring out after the fact if you lost money or not on a job. SynkedUP allows you to easily track you job costs daily on your phone in less the 5 mins. We know exactly how much money we make and lose on a job now. It was also one of the easiest softwares to implement into our company.

It’s not a full fledged CRM yet. It shines in project managment, but lacks in client communication. They have plans to bolster this in the near future.

I can run every aspect of my business from this software. I mean everything. We have gotten rid of the paper every thing is right at our fingertips at any point.

I was using three programs to run my business. I had a budgeting one and estimating one I had a Time One and I also had a billing one. Synked UP has helped my business tremendously. It takes all aspects of every software and combines them all into one. Everything is completely streamlined and we are running more efficiently than ever. The crew over at skynkedup is fantastic to deal with. They're extremely quick on their responses and are extremely helpful. The software was extremely easy to learn and extremely user friendly. I must say if you aren't using synked up you are losing money. Don't be afraid to try it it'll be the best money you ever spent and be the best thing you ever do for your business it is better than any piece of machinery you could ever buy or any employee you could ever hire. This is top-notch stuff.

There isn't any really cons for me. The couple things I would like to see with the system is already in development.

Synkedup has improved the day to day operations of our landscape contracting business. Would totally recommend this software to a landscape maintenance or design/build firm. Time tracking, integration with QB, estimation and client proposals are all great features that Synkedup provides. Give them a try to make a difference for you

As SynkedUp is a young software there are certain areas they are still growing in. What I appreciate is their quick customer service, industry experience, and willingness to innovate.

Great solution for figuring out what your company budget is, what you need to charge, creating very thorough estimates, receiving approvals on those, scheduling, and invoicing.

We like the budgeting and estimating process the best. It is very easily adaptable, and they are constantly improving as a company.

It is more difficult to manage maintenance within synkedup, in terms of scheduling and billing. There has been a lot of conversation about that, though, and the company is very transparent about their plans to revamp that, as well as getting good roundtable feedback from users.

SynkedUP has drastically changed the course of our business for the better! Learning to build a budget and knowing our numbers has made our business more profitable. Not to mention the SynkedUP Crew is there fir you every steps of the way. Every single landscape contractor should be operating with SynkedUP!

Job Costing, Project Management, Time Tracking, and Job Scheduling all in one

Nothing - its the best software we have used in our business.

Job costing and budgeting in the software is the game changer. Being able to track jobs in real time is key.

The software is excellent in job costing, keeping track of materials used and their budget sheet get implemented into the software.

Company is relatively new so some bugs but nothing that would stop me from recommending to others

How easy it is to make an estimate. It’s super clear how to put them together.

Maintenance schedule setup. The calendar functionality is getting better, and I don’t know that any of the service softwares can automatically/hands-off optimize a crew lead by day.

The customer service and product itself are unmatched. Other companies have pitched their products to me and nothing has even come close to impressing me like SynkedUp has!

The ease of use is beyond belief. It works so well for green industry companies and allows you so much flexibility.

Like with anything there is a learning curve to the software. But with the customer service they have everything was resolved quickly!

The mobile app is very hard to do what’s needed as the estimator. I never use the mobile app since it’s not really user friendly in my head. I’m always using the desktop version

SynkedUp helped grow us 400k in a year. The system is super streamlined and easy to use. The customer service with the SynkedUp team is uncomparable. They have visited our business to assist with education of the program and to see how we have used the system. They want to learn what works best for us and what improvements can be made.
