  • Pros

  • We utilize all functions of free agent but the best part of this CRM is the ability to completely customize our portal to our specific needs without having to keep a lot of unused features.
  • The service itself reflects the wonderful people who created it and work for the company. It is easy to use and super customizable.
  • Cons

  • The only negative thing I found with this software is how many different times I have to put in peoples information in different areas. It should just transfer over.
  • I used to complain about the email font - but they just fixed that and there are a lot of new options to make your email look professional.

  • InTouch Drive has many features that would be perfect for clubs where sales people sit at desks in front of computers most of the day and love mostly tech stuff.
  • Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features.
  • Cons

  • The new design was a bit hard for me to understand. I miss when we had flash - I had become very familiar with the old set up and have not enjoyed slowly relearning.
  • Does not fully match how our business runs. Integration does not go both directions so there is a lot of manual work to cancel members then put them back in to any sales pipeline.
