  • Pros

  • It also gives us a chance to offer further discounts or give extra attention to get the potential customer to book our home cleaning service. It is simple to use and and very useful.
  • The ease in creating campaigns, and the ability to send email and text campaigns at the same time and have the ability to receive and make calls too.
  • Cons

  • Internally, they do not have procedures for implementing integrations or ensuring those integrations work. Hatch has made several large mistakes that have caused serious issues for our team.
  • Dispute now lies with AMEX. Run for your life from these criminals.

  • Customers support is particularly good. We now actually use the CRM intuitively instead of it gathering dust and collecting contacts.
  • It is perfect If you do not want to enter Data all the time but run a sales Pipeline. Salesflare claims to just adds Value without requiring to invest time in making this possible.
  • Cons

  • Nothing as such but slightly difficult learning graph and no addon for Outlook.com is another disappointment as such.
  • Lack of online scheduling tool with my leads similar to Calendly. The tool only reports that an email was opened but it doesn't exactly tell you who opened the email.
