Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • InTouch Drive has many features that would be perfect for clubs where sales people sit at desks in front of computers most of the day and love mostly tech stuff.
  • Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features.
  • Cons

  • The new design was a bit hard for me to understand. I miss when we had flash - I had become very familiar with the old set up and have not enjoyed slowly relearning.
  • Does not fully match how our business runs. Integration does not go both directions so there is a lot of manual work to cancel members then put them back in to any sales pipeline.

  • Great tool for your sales team or just for better understanding who is reading your content. There are nice filtering options available to prevent unwanted data from entering your reports.
  • The ease of use, the fact that we can have over 10 team members use account for different purposes in ways that are customizable for every function: customer success, sales, marketing.
  • Cons

  • Unfortunately, we have to individually hide them so that they don't count towards our monthly total. It is a very frustrating process.
  • The data provided isn't always accurate and there could be mistakes in the companies contact info. Also the options in terms of integrated products are small.
