  • Pros

  • I love that it's so user friendly and the customer service is great. I love that they are always contacting us about new ideas to integrate into the program and they have implemented them.
  • Ability to have a real database of clients. Ability to collect fees through Stripe integration with Canopy.
  • Cons

  • The company said I could try the product and cancel for up to 6 months. They now are refusing to cancel.
  • Lack of charts showing all clients and the status of their case. This may be because I don't pay for all the bells and whistles.

  • Screening handling can be a headache at times but is really the only negative that this software throws at you.
  • I found the downside of this software to be that I entered time and it sometimes disappeared, causing me to enter data more than once.
