I appreciate being able to customize views for each of these areas, capturing the unique data points. We are able to quickly find an agreement and review with ease. She helped us build reports, understand the platform, and exceed our expectations for this platform. #### Cons The AI still has some room to grow. I feel that the platform is continuing to improve and customer service has been great about asking for features that I would like to see. It may lack a few bells and whistles of some much pricier platforms, I didn't feel that I would need those features and/or not worth the price difference. This platform has worked great for us so far. #### Cons I wish that drag and drop was a feature to add contracts. Additionally, while there are way to customize the view, I wish there was a way to automatically have a certain view be associated with different folders. ---
