When I am trying to find a lien or damage and the documents don't generate there. Or they don't let me copy from the intake folder. The company assigns you a CSM that regularly provides updates and ensures that you are taking advantage of what is available. Litify does regularly update their software which at times has bugs with the release but they do their best to address these bugs in a timely manner. This software is for a law firm that is willing to invest time in building a system that supports their business needs rather than making do with what is available of of the box. #### Cons Being built on Salesforce is powerful yet can be a limitation as Salesforce has too many features available. I like the organization of Litify, It's flexible as far as who can see/have access to what. The layout is pretty clear and leave little room for guessing. #### Cons The speed of the website seems as though everything is on a set of servers that are running out of space. Things are definitely slower than when I started a couple years ago. The Litify rep that we have has gone above and beyond to help us. We are working with another support organization and things are looking much better. The case management/client management part of the software is very good and allows for the entire case to be organized through one system. The chat feature and task management enables teams to collaborate and always have the same information at their fingertips. Our customer service representatives and the customer support reps are top notch. The transition to Litify was extremely expensive and was not done properly causing many issues for the firm. There is no easy way to fix it. Just another expensive fix.
