Overall, I really like Neos. Coming from Needles, it was really easy to get the hang of Neos after a few months and I like that keeps getting software updates to make it a better experience. Sometimes tasks, emails or notes can get lost in the sauce, but with Neos, I can retrieve information quickly. It has great features like AI, case summary, document generation, email integration, and you can post notes and/or emails to the case so nothing gets lost and everyone can access the information. Anytime I don't know how to do something, I can just contact customer support and they're ready to assist immediately. This is a cloud based system, so I can be on the go and still have access to all our cases which is really great if you're traveling. I would say that's actually safer than remoting into my desktop. Overall, I would say that we get a lot out of Neos for the cost which is great, because some other software systems we were considering cost an arm and a leg. It's been a great experience! #### Cons Running reports is very confusing to do. I often find myself just forming reports outside of the system just because it is so difficult to use. Also, I don't like that the system needs to be on a browser to function properly. The reason I don't like that is because Neos does not take up enough of the screen when it's on a browser. I was able to use like an application, which made it easier to look at and I got more out of Neos because it actually fit the screen, but I was told that when I have it like this, the system doesn't function properly. It would be cool if we could have it as a fully functioning application that can be installed not only the desktop but on the phone as well. That would be great for any of us team members, but especially the attorneys, that are on the go...even if it were to be in a limited capacity.
