Before using live health, we had a custom built system that worked. However without the interfacing option and the ease of retrievable results.

We can decrease our turnaround time with the use of the software. Technical support from customer care is the best including LIS to troubleshooting for the query raised.

When I came in our organisation, I observed our old software i.e MyLab was a offline software and not a cloud base so, i was getting Tired to take weekly backup from software.

Many log in if you have then it creates problem.

Time taken for trouble shoot fixing. No specific person to contact for trouble shoots.

The deployment time was also impressive, as we were up and running in a couple days. The user control features, especially monitoring of revenue streams and the timely update of system features.

I have set up collection center at different location. With help of livehealth software it is easy to track sample as well as dispatching report  so quickly.

Teething trouble initial few months where report template contents changed automatically. Still no facility of telling patient discount given and few others informed to team Livehealth many times.

Their after-purchase service was also very good.

It's a vast software which is easy to use. I liked mobile application as it's very helpful for us.

All features  available  at vary  low cost. Its very easy  to use amazing  app and software.

Great software with , excellent technical support and zero down time.

We have achieved a faster turn around of reports and time spent behind data entry. As well as great reviews on how detailed the reports are.

Experience with CrelioHealth is great majorly in terms of Reports , Email Whitelabeling , SMS whitelabeling, Inventory management and Patient Application which is fantastic to use.

Finance option is good,  Registration and auto email facility is also notable.

Sometimes the performance could be affected by some processes.

We can retrieve data, evaluated and take decision using the system in real time. Instrument integration is very easy to configure.

Lot of problems in the software. NOT compliant to regulatory.

What I like about this software is the ability to track the chain of custody, data integrations,  sample management, and the ability to integrate any instrument or module a user seems fit.

I am very satisfied with the quality of people and attention when we are provided with technical support. STARLIMS staff is always ready to help and solve all problems that occur daily.

It is an effective sample management option, but training to use it is absolutely required.

The new system is very easy and fast engine. The new process about package (import and export) to repair forms, process or formulas is great!!! The users (35 concurrent) are happy with the new system.

It is NOT intuitive at all, it is hard to figure out which button to press many times. There are menus that are hard to understand at first.

Starlims  positioned to be a long term operational solution.

Steep Learning Curve, but Very Useful After That.

That said our lab users found StarLIMS an incredible improvement over the application we used previously.

LIMS and Third party experience is very bad in term of services.

The system is a very useful software for our site. We have many module integrated with plan process.

The best thing about the STARLIMS software is that you can have an astronomical amount of information and it can be easily organized and accessed by multiple people.

If an item of evidence is not assigned a storage location it will never get picked up during the inventory, thus leaving our Dept. vulnerable for misappropriation.

Overall I enjoy the STARLIMS experience. The software is a powerful system that can run any laboratory in the world.

I also like the Alert system that pertains to specific equipment maintenance scheduling.
