Simple, Easy, Fast

so far, i have really enjoyed Chatway...I think it can only get so much better from here.

PROS

I enjoy the simplicity of integrating into our website and the ease of use, whether on desktop or through the mobile app.

CONS

can't say I don't like anything about it just yet, it has worked well. what I would offer here is; perhaps the ability to add customized preset chat responses. or potentially implementing AI to learn my conversations for quick responses as to not miss opportunities.

Lead to Immediate Sales

Chatway is amazing. Super easy to understand and install. Within hours of adding it my website, a customer messaged me which lead to a sale. This has repeated almost daily and usually, if the customer hadn’t had a fast way to get in touch, they wouldn’t have purchased from me. It’s been incredibly valuable for my business and has boosted my customer’s experience tremendously.

PROS

Chatway is incredibly simple to understand and install.

CONS

The downside of how simple it is is that there aren’t a ton of extra features.

Amazing new Live Chat!

PROS

I have just started using Chatway's new Live Chat for our website. This live chat software is a game-changer! The user-friendly interface and seamless communication make it stand out. The team is top-notch and it offers a fresh perspective on communication, and I highly recommend it. Kudos to the team for their dedication to excellence!

Just what I was looking for!

PROS

I was looking for an Live Chat to help convert any visitors on my website to book services, and this is EXACTLY what I was looking for! The setup was super duper easy, it's responsive, it's just perfect. I love it.

New user of chatwat

Our tech support suggested it, he installed it and instantly we received various hits for our generator business.

We just started using it and it has already driven business to our small company.

Great Plugin, Very Helpful

PROS

Simplicity and functionality of it all is off the charts. Ease of set up and deployment for a team of customer representatives is quite intuitive with the app and I think it can be improved a little more, although cosmetic changes can also help to reduce clutter and help customize it for each use case

CONS

The ability to set up different chat windows in different sections or pages of a website is nice to have, enables tailored messaging and communication

So far, so great!

PROS

Chatway allows ample to to sample the product without first have to make a large financial commitment.

CONS

When responding to a customer using an IPhone, I can’t differentiate between my response or another administrators response to the same thread. .
