  • Pros

  • It's also a very visually appealing software, with simple icons and logos that clearly communicate their purpose.
  • Customer support ist extremely quick and helpful and all in all it was relatively easy to setup our processes.
  • Cons

  • This is something that I miss from Zendesk, when we could separate our quick responses (aka macros) into different folders/categories.
  • Full history that is default on all other mail clients on Missive you have to pay. If you have a team with 3 members, you need to pay 45 MONTHLY just to have access to your all emails.

  • I tried this software once and in minutes I signed up for a yearly plan. This is the best of the best for any blogger or content writer.
  • Easy to use and instant results. For a non copywriter like myself it's very easy to get well written, relevant copy when using Writesonic.
  • Cons

  • Tutorials are missing although most of the things are straightforward.
  • It was a little confusing about which option gave you the full blog post.
