"It has many advantages which include easy to use dashboard, options of free plans as well, AI chatbot automation, real time visitor monitoring and there are paid plans for the benefits as well, and if we talk about its disadvantages along with its advantages then there are many disadvantages as well in which only 50 free chats are available every month, for advanced tools or advanced AI one has to buy a paid tool which is not available in the free plans, and if we talk about the price then the free plan is suitable for basic needs and if you want a little advanced level chatbots email automation then you will have to buy a paid plan and the paid plan also keeps getting upgraded as per the features."

"We got a fast alert from Tidio in Slack, so it helps to provide a fast response to customers, and helps to grow to make a good connection with our customers."
