The folks at Altar Live have been responsive and super helpful. They have been a delight to work with.

Our online broadcast was primarily on Facebook and it was so limiting - some people aren't on Facebook, those that are on are hesitant to comment for the entire world to see.

Many of our users have had trouble logging onto the platform.

At first I wasn't sure how this would feel, but have found this feature to be a beautiful way to build community across distance and time.

I find the team supportive and helpful and responsive, and I really like what they have developed.

I love all the features of Altar Live. Especially the ability to have organized break-out rooms and the ability to assign hosts to those tables prior to meeting.

I like the virtual performance center look and feel. I also like the tables and rooms.

I haven't used this long enough to find the things that frustrate me.

Awesome people, responsive, and I am keeping my eye on them to eventually switch over when viable for us.

We have found it to be a flexible and intuitive tool for discipling people, empowering small group leaders, facilitating conversation, and enjoying real interaction.

Overall is experience good. During technical difficulties we had people step in and assist even on the weekends.

The emphasis on community interaction is great. Setting up meeting rooms that we can gather in at anytime is a great addition.

Difficult to use and a lot of people ended up tuning off, running a zoom.

The responsive developers at Altar Live have created a product that makes it possible for us to engage our remote participants in real community.

We have stayed with it, as we want to support this type of platform as we see its value longterm. The Altar Live staff have been very supportive, quick to respond.

For example - we make a chat for all of our greeters and if I miss someone, we have to make a new chat but I can’t delete the old chat.

The features of Altar Live are very intuitive and are not difficult to train or teach. Our church volunteers love the training guides and tutorials that accompany the product.

The AltarLive team provides personalized and caring service. They are innovative and responsive to feedback.

Overall, we've liked our experience thus far with Altar Live. It has allowed us to produce a good quality livestream while maintaining some semblance of interactivity in worship.

Initially I found some of the constraints (four people in a row, for instance) to be an irritating challenge.

Will sometimes crash with no warning. Does not always remember output settings that were last used.

I don't like the amount of change to the nomenclature from 6 to 7 and the lack of custom layouts for the main UI.

It does have a pretty good learning curve if you are getting into more advance setups. It you are just looking to put bible verses and words on the screen then that is very simple.

I like that this software is reliable, after it is setup correctly. I like that has so many great features for various types of presentations.

My overall experience has been nothing but positive. For the price point you get an amazing product that will meet most if not all of your presentation needs.

Flexible, responsive program that invests new media quickly and seamlessly. Quick reorientation of slides and presentable media.

They have made a much better product that is FULL of helpful features. I have always loved the way Pro just WORKS and that you can do almost anything with it.

We love the reliability and integration of the ProP platform. It makes our song presentation seamless and incredibly professional.

Also the more complex the system our church has the harder it is to trouble shoot wen something is not working correctly.

The greatest thing about it though is it's reliability. The program rarely crashes, which is great in an environment where reliability is key.

I love the ease of use with this program. I love that you can use it for basic lyric presentations or for more in-depth media displays.

And, in addition to the software being so awesome, customer support has been very good–easy to work with and great at answering questions.

I love the ease of use with worship songs. Pro presenters song select integration and is an amazing advancement to worship lyrics.

Love the ease of use as I train volunteers each week. The quality and user interface are worth the investment.

This software is super easy to use for volunteer based productions. It works in multiple sized venues and does a multitude of functions.

PP7 specifically can be glitchy, and the fact that you have to continue to pay for the updates is a big downside.

I also like the way it pulls in PPT. Would love to see a nice clean toggle though between PPT and ProPresenter.

Cost - it is pretty amazing what this program does for the cost.

Or converting to lower thirds with a graphic the software will crash. Occasionally Master control on the slave computer will freeze the primary.

The features available in the Looks menu, Midi integration, and a simple presentation interface make this the perfect software for use in any presentation.

It is robust, reliable, and always improving. It is very powerful, intuitive, and easy to use.

The software is innovative and capable of great excellence with presentations. It is easy to use with song builds and versions of songs.

I love the feature of building arrangements and it makes it super easy to edit songs. Other than a couple small details, we are happy with this product.

When I don't understand how a feature works (typically user error) there is a fantastic support team that patiently seeks more information and addresses our issues.

The lack  of an undo or delete back feature is frustrating when making a mistake or major revision.

Pro Presenter 7 has great new features that weren't included in the past. The ability to go live on Facebook from within the software is great.

Its been really nothing but positive experiences for me. The best thing to do is take the time to go over tutorial.

We have trouble with program crashing and when one problem is fixed with an update another problem arises.

Each new version has brought even more capabilities which can be very useful. For example version 7 has NDI which was useful in connecting over to OBS for live broadcast.

Pro presenter is extremely intuitive which is important for me. I set up multiple uses per week for volunteers and it’s ease of use helps those volunteers win.

It's annoying to have to have the main computer on and then your computer on at the same time to make changes. I also don't like that you have to pay per computer rather than an overall subscription.

I am very happy we switched. The features allow us to accomplish more and it looks great.
