I have only had positive experiences in dealing with the Brancher team and am happy to recommend Brancher to others.

The platform was easy to use, and the expertise provided by [sensitive content hidden] supported the entire process. Brancher enabled me to connect with HR professionals seeking similar career outcomes. I built a mentoring relationship with a HR professional who possesses the skillsets and experiences that I have been fortunate enough to leverage. Our mentoring relationship has continued post the formal mentoring program that Brancher originally provided.

There were some minor technicalities when it came to making bookings in the platform, however the Brancher team were very responsive to the feedback provided and continually work to improve the user experience.

I already feel better about my futrue, knowing that this is here to help. That I can speak to a mentor about one particular issue and then go on to another mentor to tackle another issue. I'm excited about the future.

The idea of it, the implementation of it. I thought it would be fantastic and was proven correct!

That I haven't got a mentor yet. This, however, is my fault and I need to reach out to another recommended mentor.

Positive, had some issues with the Mentor accepting process but that was her end because she had already accepted another mentee request but was resolved by support.

The tool is user-friendly and made sure I had all the preparation I needed for each session. The Brancher team was quick to help and made everything super easy. Whenever we had questions, they were always there with helpful answers. I learned a lot, and the team was right there with us, making the whole experience great!

Some challenges in tracking progress and time commitment - but mostly was own time management issues.

I was given the option to connect with 3 mentors and one just stood out from the start. The program facilitated the matching between mentor and mentee with accuracy and efficiency. I met my mentor and immediately knew that I would get everything I had hoped for from the mentor program. I am so grateful - thank you Brancher.

At the time, setting appointments needed to be done outside of the system, which meant once I connected with my mentor I was not prompted to use the other brilliant features in the system. I understand that there is now an integration with calendars.

Happy to have tried it but I don't think I need a tool to be a mentor or mentee

This was the first time I have used a mentoring program that has integrated best practice and AI in this space, and the matching an interesting tool that I haven't seen before.

There's some way to go with regard to the matching however this is a good start. Also, the brancher portal is a little clunky and presentation/design of the site needs improvement.

Easy to use. It took awhile to work out how to navigate, but got there in the end.

I find the interface a bit confusing. The note-taking system isn't the most user-friendly either.
