No incentive was offered I’ve enjoyed my time with Docebo so far. As a user, it’s fantastic on mobile: Intuitive, secure, snappy, aesthetically pleasing, and offline mode is awesome. As someone on-the-go, these features are incredibly useful. As an administrator, I’m still learning how to use it. With time and practice, that’ll be resolved. It’s also a bit pricey, but the quality of the product is high. Features currently meet most needs for running compliance and professional development learning programs, and a lot of the newest features/roadmap plans are ambitious and exciting. The development team listens to the needs/wants of the Docebo Community and introduces new features/advances quarterly, which is enough to make you feel like there is true progress but not so speedy as to be difficult to keep up with. Recent changes enabled batch unenrollment and archiving, which is really handy. The Docebo Community is a friendly place to get answers and workarounds, when needed. Customer Support has been decent and occasionally exceptionally good. #### Cons There are some significant drawbacks to the notifications feature but a new notifications engine is on the way next month, so I'm optimistic that some of the things I want to see will be coming or at least possible in the future. Not all entities can be duplicated (learning plans, etc.) which can be cumbersome. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb. #### Cons Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. This system was built in Japan and it was essentially a glorified SharePoint. The system listed in this review was chosen by our Japanese counterparts. It was beautiful, looked like "us" and seemed to do anything we might want. Working within the free trial of the platform it was quite nice! #### Cons It's complicated and expensive. I'd read about how the software was difficult to launch and upon logging in I could see why. We did self-implementation with a different LMS and I'm fairly confident that would not have been possible with Docebo. Loading content for course creation allows for many opportunities as well as structuring and assigning learning plans. We utilize implementation strategies for merging Workday, Teams, and SSO which makes life easier as we move to integrate our entire company enhancing employee development. #### Cons As a customer, understand you are creating your own platform (with guidance). If you are not tech savvy prepare to contract assistance from someone who does know the technical language. Docebo has an incredible team and they know what they are doing but they also need to know their audience and who needs extra hand-holding in the process. #### Reasons for choosing Docebo We chose Docebo because their growth strategy and planning was similar ours.
