Overall, my experience with Docebo has been good. The platform is easy to use, flexible, and responsive to feedback. I also value the helpful customer support, which makes resolving issues and getting guidance much easier.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

I really like the overall learning experience. I also appreciate that Docebo brings in product updates based on customer feedback and offers flexibility to tailor learning for different audiences.

#### Cons

The learning plans could be improved. For example, it would be great to have more options for segmenting courses or letting learners choose electives from a set of courses. Also, It would be helpful to have the option to create courses from a template to save time and maintain consistency.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

We switched from Moodle to Docebo to provide a more modern and flexible learning experience. Docebo allows us to better manage courses and learning plans, tailor content for different audiences, and take advantage of updates driven by customer feedback.

Yes, the beginning training was a bit overwhelming, once you get a grasp of the ins and outs, it is a very dynamic program. I love that we can brand the homepage ourselves. We have 3 different homepages set up for different companies we work with, which makes them feel like the platform was created just for them; making them feel special. The gamification part of Docebo, makes learning fun and was easy to transition our customer's from the other platform we were using and keep their accumulated game points.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I like that it does the job of 3 different programs where I work. Now I can do all my work for my customers in the one platform. I can even send emails and notifications straight from Docebo. I also really like to Docebo Community. If I have a question or am just looking for some tips, I just search the community or post a question in the community and I will get a few replies. But if I don't want to ask the community, there is always someone willing to help from Docebo.

#### Cons

As a super admin, I am still not able to look to see what notifications or emails were sent to someone or if they opened the email or not. I would like to have access to notification/email logs.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

Becasue it is much more efficient to live in one platform vs multiple different ones.

### Docebo is a great LMS option for the modern learner

I’ve enjoyed my time with Docebo so far. As a user, it’s fantastic on mobile: Intuitive, secure, snappy, aesthetically pleasing, and offline mode is awesome. As someone on-the-go, these features are incredibly useful. As an administrator, I’m still learning how to use it. With time and practice, that’ll be resolved. It’s also a bit pricey, but the quality of the product is high. In all, my experience has been very positive and I’d definitely recommend Docebo to others.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

What I liked best about Docebo is how it’s tailored for the modern learner. It’s very mobile friendly and I especially appreciated offline mode and the simple but effective layout (it looked almost like a streaming app). Archiving/managing the courses was also really easy. And last, being able to integrate with Salesforce is always a plus.

#### Cons

As a frequent collaborator with the L&D team, I have limited administrative powers and found configuration to be quite complex. I also thought some of the extras we paid for should have been free (for example, more advanced analytics).

Docebo came to me very highly recommended. The team did a great, clear sales presentation. They were very pushy at the contract signing period, offering and then going back on special pricing. Although we were a bit put off, we did sign a contract with Docebo. The most value part was the 4-month on boarding. [sensitive content hidden] our trainer was outstanding. In addition to creating a training plan that matched our needs, he focused on important topics and held ad hock meeting with my group. Likewise, he was very response with email questions. We are please with the product - creating courses and learning plans are easy.

I've used Docebo with two different companies. I've had an overall good experience and would choose it again. Most of my everyday tasks work well and are easy to use.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 3/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

I love the way users, courses, lesson plans, and reporting are organized. I can generally configure the platform to do what I need to do regarding managing users and tracking course completions/scores. I also love how the dashboard and buttons can be customized. I was able to configure the look and feel of the platform to match our branding.

#### Cons

My least favorite aspect is the difficulty of trying to troubleshoot bugs in the system. We've had some tracking issues without Docebo Marketplace content that haven't been able to be resolved. When I have to ask IT for help, my requests are generally unresolved.

#### Reasons for choosing Docebo

Ease of use, intuitive navigation, branding, and reporting options

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

Learning 360 doesn't have anywhere near the features Docebo has available. The user interface and course screens are very basic and not customizable.

Overall, from customer support to providing comprehensive customer education, Docebo has surpassed my expecation. In addition, their pipeline of new features and such is quite good. They keep a close ear to what the market needs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

The system itself matches almost all of my company's various L&D requirements. Both internally and externally. To top things off, the support from the account manager and their customer education team is superb.

#### Cons

Overall, the system is able to meet our requirements. That said, it would be nice if I can setup admin accounts that come with hands on support coming from the system. A full tutorial experience for other admins so that will handhold them while they're still new. This would lock or consistently/persistently produce pop ups while a main admin feels that the sub admin is still inexperienced. Docebo was comprehensive in training me, but it seems that too many people do not know how to search for documentation on their own. Forcing such individuals to experience a super spoon-fed experience may be what's needed for some individuals.

#### Reasons for choosing Docebo

Docebo checked our organization's complex needs more than these other products.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

One system, I can't enter the name because the pop up isn't allowing it. This system was built in Japan and it was essentially a glorified SharePoint. The system listed in this review was chosen by our Japanese counterparts. They are now evaluating shifting from that system to Docebo.

Excellent with fantastic support from our account manager, customer solutions manager and the helpdesk staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Positive feedback from trainers, admins and end users who are all impressed with the system.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

The ease of use for end users with the ability to create custom pages to display the most relevant information. Excellent support from the Docebo helpdesk. Monthly updates and improvements to the system with a heavy emphasis on customer feedback. The online learning and community to support with all aspects of the system.

#### Cons

The length of the onboarding over a number of weeks. We would have liked a more intense onboarding course over a shorter period of time. Some excellent data features locked behind an additional paid product.

#### Reasons for choosing Docebo

The additional support offered by Docebo to integrate and launch the system and the frequent updates.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

Stability issues with existing system and we wanted all of our training (eLearning, classroom and webinar) all in one place.

### Why I like Docebo Learn

Overall the experience with Docebo has been positive. They are very engaged with me & when I was at their annual meeting, the account manager introduced me to people who could help in some things he knew I would be interested in. Just one more reason to appreciate the customer experience with them.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Docebo has a platform that we can grow into. They make updates that make the organization look good, as it keeps the learner view and/or experience fresh. The customer service aspect is very good - there is a chat & a knowledge library & community at your fingertips. And they have a system of upvoting ideas that the community may make.

#### Cons

When setting up your system, there are a lot of things to do. One of the frustrating things can be the number of clicks to create something.

#### Reasons for choosing Docebo

Ultimately, we choose Docebo because it looked fresh, it looked like it kept up with the times - our customer base ranges from 19 year olds to 80+ and so we needed it to be visually appealing for our great content, but we also needed it to be user-friendly. As we have learned more about the system, we have incorporated more of the features.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

Not sure that it was "Viewpoint 5.0", but the latest name was Conduent. It was very static - though easy to set up courses - the look and experience had not changed for years. Also, the customer service was terrible as the company changed hands (once known as LearnSomething & then Xerox, before going to Conduent) several times.

The establishment and migration process was a breeze compared to other migrations. Customer service and technical support is fantastic.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

Our company needed to combine both external and internal training content from several LMS and merge into one central LMS. The ability to set up branches has allowed us to do that while still allowing customization and controlling the type of access needed for each departmental usage.

#### Cons

Reporting feature (as with all LMS I've come across) is still not robust enough in it's customization features. We still have to export raw data into another application to get the reports we need.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

Merging everything into on LMS instead of several.

I am a huge Docebo fan. I have yet to have an idea to implement in my Docebo LMS that I have not been able to execute. The sky is the limit with Docebo!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 4/5
- Customer support: 4/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Docebo is a user-friendly platform that allows you to build customized and intentional learner experiences.

#### Cons

While the out of the box reports can get you most of the metrics you need, the labeling of reports and they way they organize the data isn't always the most intuitive. The custom report builder can do most things, but getting to your final result isn't always an intuitive experience.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

WorkRamp manages each learner type by giving them different URLs to access training material. In other words, we had to create 3 seperate LMSes for Partners, Customers, and Team members. This led to people accessing and logging into the wrong learning platform, and us having to manually aggregate data and KPI metrics.

The interface is inconsistent. The entire product feels like a continuous project, which obviously it is, in a way that's not always good. At moments you feel like you're time travelling to years past and working on an old interface.

It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Ease of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.

#### Cons

As a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.

#### Reasons for choosing Docebo

Potential to grow, reporting tools, cost, ease of implementation.

#### Reasons for switching to Docebo

They were not meeting our needs.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

easy to use and administer. easy quick graphics give course status at a glance

#### Cons

all training material has to be uploaded to the platform and certain steps completed before its visible to all users, can be very time consuming when the easier solution would be the content accessible to all users through the integration software
