Docebo is the way to go!
Overall based on many different previously used LMSs, it's like night and day. Docebo is so much easier to use than anything. Just hired two new team members and they both after 1 week in Docebo cant believe how much easier it is than any other system.
CONSChecklist feature needs to do much better with reporting and scheduling features.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Had more capabilities and custom abilities. Easier to program on backend.

Docebo as LMS
1. Scheduled reports - we're able to feed data to a dashboard and send daily reports to other users with ease 2. Groups and enrollment rules - users are automatically assigned to courses 3. Pages - let's us organize and market content according to programs and use 4. Notifications - we're able to push event reminders to users 5. Workday Integration
CONS1. Helpdesk - some answers from the Helpdesk are not accurate 2. Built-in dashboards - not customisable and not very useful for our organization so we had to create our own
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Reports were the very first issue. There was just so many that had to be setup and automation was very much needed but while this was also possible with Moodle, there was so much effort that was required to set it up.

Review of Docebo
I liked the Implementation team that I worked with, and I have loved my support team. They are very helpful and cheerful.
CONSThe appearance -- what you can do as a basic administrator to make the sign-in page look amazing is limited. You really need to hire outward to get it to feel like a beautiful "website".
Reason for choosing Docebo

Worst customer support model of any LMS provider.
We have been disappointed since the beginning of our implementation. It was extremely haphazard with no real direction. We got spreadsheets of tasks but those were abandoned by our implementation person early. Our CSM has been less than helpful, she booked a demo of one of the features we were interested in exploring in addition to our current services but didn't invite the right people to the call so everyone (including several of our directors) wasted their time.
PROSSome of the workflows are intuitive. Supports a lot of file formats.
CONSClunky navigation. Our users consistently report negative feedback. There are bugs in the workflows, customer support all give different responses and often are incorrect. The support is just awful being in EST with no phone support (even for fee) available. issues take a long time to solve (sometimes months) and support is very slow. This is not a very well developed or managed application given the breadth and scope of issues we've encountered.
Reason for choosing Docebo
nope.

Intuitive, flexible and constantly improving
Excellent with fantastic support from our account manager, customer solutions manager and the helpdesk staff who are knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Positive feedback from trainers, admins and end users who are all impressed with the system.
PROSThe ease of use for end users with the ability to create custom pages to display the most relevant information. Excellent support from the Docebo helpdesk. Monthly updates and improvements to the system with a heavy emphasis on customer feedback. The online learning and community to support with all aspects of the system.
CONSThe length of the onboarding over a number of weeks. We would have liked a more intense onboarding course over a shorter period of time. Some excellent data features locked behind an additional paid product.
Reason for choosing Docebo
The additional support offered by Docebo to integrate and launch the system and the frequent updates.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
Stability issues with existing system and we wanted all of our training (eLearning, classroom and webinar) all in one place.

Good LMS, but needs enhancements
The reporting aspect was pretty decent, easy to create reports
CONSThe Customer Support was lacking. Even after sending them video recordings or screenshots of the issues, they would eventually respond back that they needed more information. Seemed like a delay tactic and we would rarely get them to fix anything.

I am happy with the platform and my representative. I wish there were more inperson trainings of the platform functions.

Docebo is a cost-effective customizable powerhouse LMS
Docebo was very simple to roll out. It is very turn-key experience early-on, but also allows you to grow it into the LMS of your dreams. My LMS admin has been able to shape the learner experience by utilizing all the many customization features Docebo has. It is an integral part of our company's daily learning.
PROSThe control the platform gives you. The customization options are off the charts! We've completely bent Docebo to our desires and set up various views for different roles and departments, as well as customer reporting. The white label experience is also fabulous.
CONSThe thing I least like about Docebo is actually an asset to them. They offer additional modules including social learning and learning insights, but both at additional cost. Since we didn't purchase those when we first started with Docebo, now I'll have to get separate budget approval for them.

Forward thinking, cutting edge and learner centric LMS platform
Docebo is a fast growing organization with some very talented people. The platform itself is solid and will continue to get even better if they are able to continue implementing the features that are on their planned list. My biggest recommendation is to get to a better balance between firming up and fixing current functionality vs. pushing out new functionality.
PROSDocebo's user interface is one of the best out there. I was impressed with the clean look and feel of the platform which was reinforced by our learners through their own feedback. Docebo's user experience encourages user adoption and more time in the platform if they can find and view the content they are looking for. Docebo's combination of traditional eLearning content along with it's Channels (corp. youtube type feature) are fantastic. We are looking forward to incorporating gamification to help round our the user experience.
CONSDocebo could use some work on the administrator side of the platform. There are quite a few areas where there are way too many clicks or a lack of bulk processes that cause additional work for an administrator. One big item that hasn't made its way into the platform but is apparently in plan, is the ability for an administrator to login as a user, to see what they are seeing or even test what as that user to ensure all works prior to releasing new content, features, etc. Unrelated to the platform, but an area that needs improvement is the Customer Support. Docebo only offers email/ticket management and online chat support. There is currently no phone support and many times issues could be solved if you were just able to talk to someone. It should be noted that I am starting to see a shift in this practice which will be welcomed by all current clients.

Docebo is great!
We have been able to decrease our time to onboard and increase customer health scores and usage for trained accounts. We have also been able to deploy a Certified Professional Program.
PROSThe ease of being able to track program success and metrics. We also love the integration with SalesForce , which manages our account provisioning and catalog access based on contacts and purchased products.
CONSNot being able to re-enroll (and get a fresh enrollment and new certificate of completion) in previously completed courses.

Docebo provided the foundation to an exponential growth.
It has been great! We do due diligence a keep an eye for what is in the marketplace, Docebo keeps surprising us with upgrades, they really listen to their users needs, and because of that they keep meeting our needs, even the one we did not knew we had :)
PROSEase of use, learn as you go, support is there when you need it. We chose it because it reporting tool and continuous enhancements.
CONSAs a tool it is great no biggies. One of my pet peeves is that when exporting users profiles, the default is: do not include headers. Allowing power users managing channels to delete comment from their channels. At this time only SuperAdmins can delete a comment. More out of the box integrations with HRIS system. Many clients want to manage their training from their system, and need two way communication between systems. Without to having to get programmers into the mix.
Reason for choosing Docebo
Potential to grow, reporting tools, cost, ease of implementation.
Reasons for switching to Docebo
They were not meeting our needs.

Docebo Learn. Customisable and constantly growing
Overall I have been pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and manage the LMS while still having a lot of power and customisation available. The user interface is intuitive and easy to grasp.
PROSDocebo Learn is a intuitive LMS and easy to learn and manage while still being very customisable. There are plenty of plugins and additions to meet your organizational needs that complement the wide variety of options already included in the tool. The support structure is excellent with an easy to reach helpdesk and our direct customer contact is always easily available.
CONSIdeas or suggestions for enhancement take a long time, if ever, to be realised. The helpdesk is sometimes too rigid in the requirements to resolve a case

Terrific Corporate LMS
I've found Docebo great to work with. The help desk is responsive, and their team is eager to help you implement exactly what you want for your users. Docebo is my go-to LMS recommendation.
PROSDocebo is a very flexible platform, and we've been able to achieve just about everything we've wanted to do with it. It's highly customizable. The multiple-language support is great for our international audience, as well as the ability to alter terms across the platform with the click of a button (ex. change Learning Plans to Learning Paths everywhere it appears). Our End Users find it intuitive. I love that the team is always working on improvements.
CONSBecause of the aggressive roadmap, there are occasionally bugs with new releases. Some of the back end administrative tasks can also be a little bit cumbersome (too many clicks) but they aren't hard to do.

Great for user segmentation and personalized experiences
- Ability to personalize each audience's experience. - Ability to customize pages through HTML and CSS. - User-friendly admin interface. - Option to set up and customize power user visibility in great detail. - Robust documentation and very well-prepared support team. - APIs and bulk action options which make administrative tasks far less time-consuming. - Great integration options.
CONSThe ILT setup could still use some improvement. For instance, while we can build several sessions within the same ILT course, we cannot assign different training materials - all cohorts get to see the same e-learning modules, which is not ideal if access should not be allowed pre/post-event.

Docebo - in the top 10 worldwide for a reason
Fantastic team of people to work with, and they output regular updates that don't break the system each time they roll out. The code base seems very stable.
PROSI literally saved a part-time equivalent position when I switched LMSs to Docebo because the admin side is so easy to use. It has excellent APIs that are very capable of automation like user data feeds. The system is easy for first-time users to figure out and our admin team to set up and manage coursework.
CONSIt does a terrible job of archiving old content.

100% unsupported product even if you buy support!
Hardly anything because key features are not working and support is not addressing them! Update June 9, 2016: I am very encouraged by the fact that Docebo assigned a customer success person to ensure my issues are addressed. I will update review once they are able to deliver on their promises
PROSSeems to have great features but they most things don't work in the latest release. The design of the product is sleek but how does that help when it doesn't work? Beware, they will demo only what works for you. Anything advanced you try to do the product falls apart. Make sure you test it!
CONSBEWARE! Once you buy there is ZERO support. The support takes 2 weeks for the simplest things that don't even require fixing bugs. Their answer to serious issues that prevent you from using the product successfully is usually "Will be fixed with the next patches". And they take 2 weeks to tell you that! There is zero support even if you buy support. Their way of working around the issues "if they don't ignore you" is usually unacceptable in terms of user experience. We are very disappointed and will be migrating away from this product as soon as we can.

Great Software With Amazing Customer Service
After analysis of solutions for our LMS initiative, we selected Docebo. The tipping point in their favor was the clean look, the flexible integration, and the rich feature set. What we did not expect was the quality of the service we would get. We went with the enterprise license (still extremely cost effective), since we needed the Coach and Share, White Labeling, and other advanced features. We had a one-time reasonable fee for implementation which included our own implementation manager. What an awesome experience that was for us. The implementation manager became an essential part of our team enabling us to learn as well as help us to avoid pitfalls as we worked through the different options for our use cases. We give props to Docebo service for making it possible for us to go live with our first customer in only three months. Great solution with a great price point.
PROSService! We also liked the flexibility of the platform and how easy it was to create our own solution quickly.
CONSThe only thing that was difficult for us was the timing of our implementation with the timing of the new 7.0 release. It was not that big of an issue, but it was another detail we needed to consider. For example, do we change this feature or wait for 7.0?

Great E-Learning Platform
It was different from your average e-learning platform. It had very visual aspects and was more attractive than a power point presentation, for example. Read all its aspects and see if it is right for your company. It has excellent e-learning tools and new approaches on how information can be transmitted.
PROSIt was a good platform for our online learning; however, we never integrate with any other application that we currently use, which has prevented us from using it so frequently. It has great potential but it lacked the commitment we needed.
CONSWe never completely committed to the product, we used it, but it was just another program that we needed to use. If it were integrated with another program, maybe we could have used it more.

Becoming more of an LXP platform!
Very, very good! Thank you [sensitive content hidden] for your support!
PROSis easy to manage and set up, allows you to do many different things (e.g., gamification) without being an experienced user of the tool.
CONSI like it all, but it definitely needs to get better at creating and importing e-learning courses. it is perfect for uploading material that already exists, much less so for those who have limited training offerings and are looking for resources to enrich the offer. Definitely the creation of a better internal authoring tool and partnerships with content providers (e.g., coursera, udemy, etc.) would make Docebo the top of the top on all aspects!

Ability to have different permission levels. You can use the tool for internal or external customers. It allows Webinar, Classroom and E-Learning options.
CONSSearch results are questionable at best. It is a 50/50 shot that you will get the result you want. When setting up a Webinar the login credentials for Docebo have to match the webinar tool account. Inches away from a perfect platform
The customization that allows me to make the platform look and behave how I want it. I don't mention any other features that are standard or expected from a learning platform because I don't have to worry about them. They are all there and ready to use in a clear and easy way.
CONSThe interface is inconsistent. The entire product feels like a continuous project, which obviously it is, in a way that's not always good. At moments you feel like you're time travelling to years past and working on an old interface.
