This is a new system and that means that sometimes we experience bugs and complications. But as said before, the Eloomi staff is very able and willing to solve all our problems.

It is easy for the user to find the content that they are looking for, and that is really what is most important. Also, the admin side is really clean and easy to use as well.

There is some great gamification that is a good motivation for users that could even be used more.

Some of the mentors did not have time to schedule and without their personal information, it was difficult to get in touch with them.
