Overall experience has been very positive, I look forward to continuing to use this platform as we continue to onboard new team members

PROS

Easy and simple set up, the support team is phenomenal at responsiveness. They help support us during implementation and during our maintenance phase as questions arise.

CONS

The task management function is helpful but you need to click through several 'phases' to view what is required for completion (title, description, links, etc.) which makes the task list seem longer than it may truly be.

Efficient!

Flow made it possible for our company to reduce the number of other software and applications we previously used. We now use Flow for learning management, background checks, e-signatures, and employee file management. It's great to have one centralized location for everything.

PROS

The employee onboarding workflow has saved us so much time with our hiring process. We onboarded a physician in 2.5 hours! That included a background check, references, and an NPDB check. We have been able to onboard our team members in hours, which used to take days or weeks.

CONS

As an early user of Flow, there were some features we wanted that weren't yet available. The Flow developer was very helpful and took our feedback to make improvements and add new features.

Its east to navigate & everything is well organized.

CONS

Some of the input fields are difficult to find when you have an error. Sometimes it will not flag a field it didn't like during onboarding whicg caued a lot of guessing where the error was.

Flow is a game-changer for healthcare clinical team management

PROS

I like the versatility of the platform. Not only can we digitize and maintain all of our providers' profiles and certifications in one place; we can also build a sense of community amongst our clinical staff through the "educate" and "engage" tools. This is so much more than a HR management tool...it's really a new and much improved way of building community across our entire staff.

CONS

As an early user of the platform, Pivotal Health encountered some of the expected bugs and workflow difficulties. But this also allowed us to work closely with the incredibly responsive IT and customer support teams at Flow to build the platform intuitively.

Flow - Cost-Effective and Easy-To-Use Tool to Help Manage a Growing Healthcare Organization

PROS

The Flow team is extremely helpful and always available to help or provide tips when we need them. And the software is very easy to use!

CONS

It would be great if Flow had a way to keep track of the status of credentialing by health insurance and by provider.

Intuitive provider onboarding experience

As a healthcare provider, my onboarding/credentialing process using Flow was by far the quickest and easiest I've experienced. The workflow is very intuitive, and I appreciated the clear dashboard highlighting any missing/pending items. The physician profile is comprehensive and the document upload process is very intuitive. I appreciate having a clear list highlighting expiration dates for licenses and other credentials. The optional CME tracking feature and procedure logs are other helpful resources. The integrated education tools are also very user-friendly. It's truly refreshing to have all these features combined in one platform.

PROS

Very clear dashboard identifying any missing documents or tasks pending completion; comprehensive physician profile and document management system. Easy to upload additional documents to keep profile up to date.

CONS

Really overall a very good experience--but perhaps overly thorough in requiring some documents that may not really be necessary (i.e., college diploma copy upload probably not very relevant for credentialing a physician).

Flow helps to create a seamless onboarding journey!

PROS

I thought that Flow was smart about autopopulating forms. Signing forms was seamless as well. I liked that I was able to see what steps the employer had taken during onboarding. I felt up to date with the process and was never left to guess what’s going on in the onboarding journey.

CONS

Currently at this point I don’t have negative feedback to give.

PROS

I am very excited to use Flow in the Medical Setting, is organized and it explains everything.

CONS

It was not difficult integrating the software to my work, as a telemedicine director and medical provider, the only thing that is hard to work with is that I work in orphanages, where the internet connection sometimes is slow, but I totally understand the issue is not part of the software/hardware details.

A great place to keep your important files handy

Very positive and very helpful.

PROS

As a Healthcare provider, I have a lot of credentials, certificates, and documents. Before Flow, these were scattered all around the web and at home - now, they finally have a home that's easy to access and keep at hand. Thanks Flow!

CONS

The interface is very simple but bordering on sparse. Some improved visuals would go a ways towards quality of life.

PROS

credentialing process is much better on flow compared to endless forms i've had to fill out in the past.

CONS

some things are not always clear, how to update forms, complete a form etc.
