I can at times find the back-end/admin a little confusing due to the multiple tabs to navigate and the Tribal language/terms to learn.

Sometimes the formatting can be annoying i.e. if you're copying from somewhere and pasting - it can go a little whack.

I love that you can allocate other staff to be co-creators of any content. Also the option of using the platform to deliver training to those outside of your organisation is a big win for us.

The limit on characters in some areas means we have had to abbreviate or leave out some information on our products.

The thing I like best is how quick it is to enrol new users and check their responses.

The mobile screen formatting is unfortunately lagging behind the full browser feature set.
