No incentive was offered My overall experience with skillsoft has had it's own pros and a few cons. Skillsoft has been an amazing solution within our Organization's e-learning platform. When it comes to getting personalized learning materials with regards to your Role. This has guided me and other achieve much needed skills that are essential to the roles that we have within our Organization. Also achieving a digital badge at the end of the course which allows you to update it on linkedin on your certifications and recognition section. Skillsoft offers an in-depth course materials which comes in the form of Video lessons, course materials and even transcriptions. Exams at the end of the course helps to gauge your understanding of the just completed course. They take you step by step threw everything. Once you decide to continue the amount of teaching options seems endless. They also offer those options in tons of different languages so it can be used by just about everyone. I took an AI course it was engaging and easy to follow. The issue is that when one thing goes out, after it is fixed the other goes out. For example, once the lab outage was fixed, the videos went into an outage as well. Again, this is not frequent. One can log in using any smart device. Can store passwords and can also easily re-set user details just in case one has forgotten. I love the variety of courses offered, but also that you can pause an ongoing course then resume later. The sound and images are usually clear,like one is watching a movie. Illustrations are very catchy that you can't easily get bored.
