I think one of the worst points of this platform is the user friendlyness. Maybe I'm not a pro, but it was difficult for me to understand how to use it at first.

Overall, I am happy with Mule ESB which does the job of required integration either in SOAP or REST.

We use this for our end users to help with system intergartion and its been the best results over its compertion.

This is one the best studio o have ever seen very best in quality and customer support was awesome.

Sometimes the UI is stuck and drags the time along. Every release has something new and sometime that is little difficult to grab on and make changes to the code.

Wonderful Product that Expect will be a part of our business one day.

I had very good experience while i was working with mulesoft. The best thing i like in mulesoft is to ease of use.

Documentation was missing few details for connectors.

Since it's acquired by SalesForce, hopefully, they move to cloud development.

Community and MuleSoft Support has been outstanding.

We need to raise a case if we face a issue and average respond time from mulesoft folks is not fast as would expect. We have faced this problem couple of times in my office.

AnyPoint have a skilled customer support, they are quick to answer and help you. Besides that AnyPoint is simple to use with powerful features and tools.

And also Dataweave is very rich and solid expression language users can use to easily transform data into desired output.

When batch processing is done extensively causes delays, it represents a big problem at the time of integration.

Mulesoft is great tool to work on which provide lots of integration point. Its increase the development activity and reduce the maintains cost.

Everything is excellent like Form builder, Workflow steps, integrations with other systems through APIs.

Constant system disturbances (from time to time it is not possible to e-sign documents, it is often impossible to open documents - error messages appear, slow operation).

The maintainers of the program help with the implementation of various adjustments that we need.

The system has the best design surface of all the workflow systems we have used or tested, it is stable and can easily be integrated into 3rd party custom software.

Lack of detailed  description of functions, Jscript  and html editors are quite basic.

Graphic interface, easy connection with other systems (JSON, LDAP, PowerShell), ease of moving and recovering  workflows.

Improved communication thanks to advanced forms. Very good permission setting system.

Access control and business process control are very important. Easy to use (not for everyone) and integrated with SAP.

Ease of workflow building. Way of work where I can sit with business people and design  together an automated way of work.

At several stages we experienced severe performance issues, which also had to do with the massive complexity of our solutions.

Difficult to manage the collected data from other programs. There are sections that cannot be automated, system is not user friedly and intuitive.

There are good connectors with other system, it's easy to get data from outside and send data. I also receive prompts to finish a task and this is helpful.

I can use different types of workflows (for lists, sites etc). The software is very useful and helps to deploy different workflows very fast.

Process can be easily built and managed by business people. Excellent feature is user substitution, which applies also to the tasks, which are already assigned and active.

The system is quite easy and has good design surface.

Realy easy to use, does what is expected, reliable, really helps with automatization.

Ease of use, good visual interface, option of transfer a workflow to another site and to revert to previous version, many options of transferring  data to and from other systems.

Lack of full feature compared to Sharepoint designer.

Sometimes I faced a lack of functions, especially the ones working with strings.

It is really easy to use it. It has state diagram instead any process description.

You see your tasks clearly and are able to perform them within your team very effectively. Even complex processes are presented in a comprehensive way so all users understand what's going on.

Overall, datapolis has been pleasant to work with, it is a system that meets expectations considering what is out there on the market.
