Communication via web chat has always been prompt, helpful and consistent. They are continuing to improve the service, interface, and ease of use.

The one thing I really like, that we will be taking advantage of, is the API. We write software and will start to use this for automated mailings of documents rather than human intervention.

Love the ability to do it all over the internet - they handle all the mailing for less than I can pay someone else to do it.
