"The quality of training provided during the implementation, not only covered how to use the app but training goes beyond making, my production team has now a better understanding on problem solving and making the production more effective."

"Tracking downtime, including exactly how long a line is down and the reason behind it is incredibly valuable for identifying patterns and what needs to be focused on for improvement."

"I also like how the huddles drive a change in mindset and encourage a different way of thinking. Because the data is live, we don’t need to report numbers anymore; instead, we focus on continuous improvement."

"The number of glitches through software updates - every time a new update is rolled out it causes issues in other areas. Whenever support uploads either a new or updated characteristic to our items, other characteristics end up changed causing checks to fail that were fine before an update."
