Goodbye paper

We are a busy fabrication company with a high turn over of jobs both large and small. We had an old out- dated system in place where multiple programs and paper documentation was used to price, co-ordinate, fabricate, install and invoice jobs. Although we still work to the same procedure Statti has streamlined the process and reduced the amount of paper and generally made everyone more efficient with their time and planning by having all the information for each job in one place.

Pros:

Cloud based - can be accessed anywhere Ease of use Support from staff - No question was too small or irrelevant information for each individual job can be accessed within a couple of clicks.

Cons:

Only dislike would be that as it is a cloud based service, should the internet go down we\`d be left stranded. This is not an issue with Statti its self just all cloud based services in general

Statii - We never looked back!

System ease of use is fantastic. Customer service immediate and so professional. Our order and Inventory management is now absolutely on point and again, so easy to use. The simplistic nature of Statii is so refreshing. All our processes are now working in sync and running smoothly. I would highly recommend Statii, Personally I have installed a few systems over the years, Statii one of the easiest all round systems, with great support.

Pros:

\`We are a small SME and had a system that what was so complex, we found staff developing work arounds and using spread sheets. It was important to get this back on track. We searched the market and reviewed quite a few. We found Statii. We contacted the team there. The tutorials on Youtube and reviews we read were great. We gave it a go on their test system. I can not praise the simplicity and ease of function enough. As I suppose is normal, I had reservations, systems always have an issues somewhere, well seemingly not Statii. The nice thing also is that when you do have a question about a method on screen, the team note it and if they have one or two similar comments, improvements are made and its launched into the live system, again no extra costs. They gave us all their security assurances, it is pretty robust Excellent training, (so easy to use very little needed) the team are on the end of the phone and exceptionally helpful. There are no hidden costs and the value for money is un questionable. To add its very reasonable cost, its simply a pleasure to work with.

Cons:

Honestly, this is difficult to answer. We installed Statii from the beginning of April2026, so a month or so uploading data and finding our feet, no complaints, and the staff are all now gladly using it and records are maintained. Only two months, but a huge difference and immense improvement.

Reasons for choosing Statii

We looked as a team at many options, Statii was head and shoulders on every aspect as far as we could tell, certainly for our business.

Reasons for switching to Statii

Incredibly difficult, support wasn't great and the huge increments in costs

We are introducing Statii into the business in stages and are approximately 75% of the way through the process with most departments now accessing the system. The Statii experience to date is very positive and the software has already enabled us to clear away many of the paper and spreadsheet systems that ran throughout our business, so that we are now all working from one platform.

Pros:

The Statii software is generally easy to use with help readily available. Statii links together all the departments in the business and the Statii team are very open to the needs of our business for the ongoing development of the program. Once fully implemented we will begin to gain insights into our business that were never possible with our old systems.

Cons:

The scheduling side of the software isn't quite there yet, but I understand that the Statii Team are working on an update to improve this.

From day 1 of contacting Statii to eventually using the system they were more than helpful in our product selection. From adapting the way we work to be able to use Statii the overall process has been a pleasurable experience. Excellent product and customisable to our individual needs. Superb technical support. Fast return on any issues or queries. Friendly support staff who understand us an our complex workings.

Cons:

Can't think of any to be perfectly honest. The overall experience has been faultless including custom design areas for us.

We are very happy with Statii as a system and find it reliable and straightforward to use on a daily basis. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to navigate across key areas such as jobs, quotations, scheduling, and production management. It provides strong process control and has improved the way we manage production flow across the business. We also value the support provided over the phone, which is consistently helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. In terms of value for money, it is not the cheapest system on the market; however, the recent updates have significantly improved functionality and overall usability, and we are now very satisfied with the system.

Pros:

The system is easy to use and has seen several recent updates that have been well received by our team. We were particularly interested in the NCR functionality, although the additional cost initially made it difficult to justify. Following a recent update, this feature has now been included as part of the standard package. While we have not yet fully implemented it, we expect it to significantly improve our processes and make it much easier to demonstrate compliance and traceability during ISO audits.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is system stability when working with multiple tabs open within Statii. We have found that the software can occasionally become slow, freeze, or crash when several tabs are being used simultaneously, particularly during busy periods when users are switching between jobs, quotations, and production information. While these issues are not frequent enough to significantly impact day-to-day operations, they can be frustrating and may result in lost time if work needs to be repeated. Improved performance and stability when handling multiple open tabs would enhance the overall user experience and increase efficiency.

They are always quick to respond and resolve any issues we may have. The system is straightforward and easy to use.

Cons:

It can be difficult to make changes to a sales order once it has been converted and a work order created.

As the business has grown, we have outgrown our current system. We were looking for a solution that would reduce the amount of manual processing and improve efficiency.

Very good product & excellent customer support

Very good overall. I would like to give a particular mention to Statii customer support, which has been excellent, and very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has got back to me quickly and resolved all issues within 24 hours, by email or video calls. There hasn't been a limit on the amount of support provided. Statii has implemented changes at our request too, eg to the currency field. Overall, their communication has been excellent.

Pros:

It's user-friendly, and quick to learn. We love that we can have multiple tabs open at the same time, to flick between different records (we couldn't do this on our old system). It's extremely useful that any changes, eg adding to a drop-down list of options, are immediately available without needing to re-boot/close and re-open. The connection with Xero was easy to set up and appears to be working well. We implemented the system in only 5 weeks, to go live on 1 April and the transition has been smooth. I'm happy to provide an updated review in 6 months/a year, if that would be helpful.

Cons:

The lack of a free-text search option. Some glitches when typing and highlighting text in the free text boxes. The inability to copy a sales or purchase order number for pasting elsewhere, eg in an email or spreadsheet.

Reasons for switching to Statii

Poor usability, hard to set up. Inability to amend product codes once created. Inadequate accounting options.

There have been some recent changes to searching in the last big update Vic and this has caused some confusion as there are now more options. Hopefully when you get used to the new format you will see this is a feature improvement.

An excellent MRP system - glad our MD chose this over any other!

Very impressed and cannot see us returning to the previous way of processing jobs through the company. To repeat a comment above, if we wonder 'can we do this?' in Statii, we find we usually can.

Pros:

Statii is definitely a one-stop-shop for our sheet metal fabrication company. From an initial customer enquiry, through to delivery and then invoicing, it has streamlined our processes significantly. The training we received and any Customer Support contact for enquiries has been outstanding. Finding your way around Statii is easy to navigate and it is very intuitive. You get the feeling that it's been thoroughly thought through. If we wonder 'can we do this?' in Statii, you find you usually can.

Cons:

When entering a new customer, the Postcode Lookup is frustrating! Soon learnt to free-type, or copy and paste.

Reasons for choosing Statii

Value for money and that it is a full solution for the business requirements.

The customer support has been excellent. Our previous system was 25 years old so a bit of a culture change, but having persevered we are very pleased we changed. Main advantage for us is that a lot of information is now in one place and a big bonus is the recent upgrade with Xero integration.

Cons:

There are a few niggles, but no system will be perfect for everyone. One of the recent upgrades to the more contemporary look, evening in the colour mode, the text in some of the screens is too light a grey and isn't defined enough.

Statii has genuinely helped streamline the way we work. It brings everything together in a clear, organised way, so the whole team knows what’s happening without needing constant updates or chasing information. The system runs reliably in the background, which gives us confidence day to day. It’s also made it easier to stay on top of jobs and keep production moving without things slipping through the cracks. Whenever we’ve needed help, the support team has been responsive and easy to deal with. Overall, Statii has become a steady, dependable part of how we manage our workflow.

Pros:

The biggest pros of Statii for us are how easy it is to use and how well it keeps everything organised across the whole order cycle. Integration with email and accounting software is also a big time saver. For what we pay, Statii offers good value compared to the cost of larger ERP systems.

Cons:

As with every package there are a few compromises and niggles, but to be fair to the team, they are continually developing Statii with regular updates.
