We had an old out- dated system in place where multiple programs and paper documentation was used to price, co-ordinate, fabricate, install and invoice jobs. Although we still work to the same procedure Statti has streamlined the process and reduced the amount of paper and generally made everyone more efficient with their time and planning by having all the information for each job in one place. Cons: Only dislike would be that as it is a cloud based service, should the internet go down we\`d be left stranded. Customer service immediate and so professional. Our order and Inventory management is now absolutely on point and again, so easy to use. The simplistic nature of Statii is so refreshing. All our processes are now working in sync and running smoothly. I would highly recommend Statii, Personally I have installed a few systems over the years, Statii one of the easiest all round systems, with great support. It was important to get this back on track. We searched the market and reviewed quite a few. We found Statii. We contacted the team there. The tutorials on Youtube and reviews we read were great. We gave it a go on their test system. I can not praise the simplicity and ease of function enough. As I suppose is normal, I had reservations, systems always have an issues somewhere, well seemingly not Statii. The nice thing also is that when you do have a question about a method on screen, the team note it and if they have one or two similar comments, improvements are made and its launched into the live system, again no extra costs. They gave us all their security assurances, it is pretty robust Excellent training, (so easy to use very little needed) the team are on the end of the phone and exceptionally helpful. There are no hidden costs and the value for money is un questionable. To add its very reasonable cost, its simply a pleasure to work with. Cons: Honestly, this is difficult to answer. We installed Statii from the beginning of April2026, so a month or so uploading data and finding our feet, no complaints, and the staff are all now gladly using it and records are maintained. Only two months, but a huge difference and immense improvement. Reasons for choosing Statii We looked as a team at many options, Statii was head and shoulders on every aspect as far as we could tell, certainly for our business. The Statii experience to date is very positive and the software has already enabled us to clear away many of the paper and spreadsheet systems that ran throughout our business, so that we are now all working from one platform. The interface is clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to navigate across key areas such as jobs, quotations, scheduling, and production management. It provides strong process control and has improved the way we manage production flow across the business. We also value the support provided over the phone, which is consistently helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. In terms of value for money, it is not the cheapest system on the market; however, the recent updates have significantly improved functionality and overall usability, and we are now very satisfied with the system. We were particularly interested in the NCR functionality, although the additional cost initially made it difficult to justify. Following a recent update, this feature has now been included as part of the standard package. While we have not yet fully implemented it, we expect it to significantly improve our processes and make it much easier to demonstrate compliance and traceability during ISO audits. Cons: One area that could be improved is system stability when working with multiple tabs open within Statii. We have found that the software can occasionally become slow, freeze, or crash when several tabs are being used simultaneously, particularly during busy periods when users are switching between jobs, quotations, and production information. While these issues are not frequent enough to significantly impact day-to-day operations, they can be frustrating and may result in lost time if work needs to be repeated. Improved performance and stability when handling multiple open tabs would enhance the overall user experience and increase efficiency. I would like to give a particular mention to Statii customer support, which has been excellent, and very responsive. \[sensitive content hidden\] has got back to me quickly and resolved all issues within 24 hours, by email or video calls. There hasn't been a limit on the amount of support provided. Statii has implemented changes at our request too, eg to the currency field. Overall, their communication has been excellent. We love that we can have multiple tabs open at the same time, to flick between different records (we couldn't do this on our old system). It's extremely useful that any changes, eg adding to a drop-down list of options, are immediately available without needing to re-boot/close and re-open. The connection with Xero was easy to set up and appears to be working well. We implemented the system in only 5 weeks, to go live on 1 April and the transition has been smooth. I'm happy to provide an updated review in 6 months/a year, if that would be helpful. Cons: The lack of a free-text search option. Some glitches when typing and highlighting text in the free text boxes. The inability to copy a sales or purchase order number for pasting elsewhere, eg in an email or spreadsheet. Reasons for switching to Statii Poor usability, hard to set up. Inability to amend product codes once created. Inadequate accounting options. Vendor Response There have been some recent changes to searching in the last big update Vic and this has caused some confusion as there are now more options. We would be lost without it! We have been with Statii from the early days and it's been great to see it grow year on year to what it is today, the team are more than happy to listen to any suggestions you may have, and it's nice to see a few of our recommendations be added over the years! I can safely say we would not use any other system for as long as we & Statii are around. If you are looking for something simple and easy to navigate, Statii is the system for you. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 5 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: The things I like most about Statii is the traceability and how everything is tied together, but also how easy it to use compared to other systems which from the outside looking in seem bland and over complicated. Statii is simple and easy to use and everything is colour coded for ease of use. When creating a quote, everything is tied together so when you eventually convert the quotation to a purchase order, a job card, supplier purchase orders are automatically created which is great and everything is linked together which is a massive help when you need to search for something ie a drawing or material cert. Statii is full of 'attach' buttons so you can attach pretty much everything and anything, eliminating the need for multiple physical folders and paper. Before Statii we was a paper based office and now the printer only gets used to print job cards and customer delivery notes. Our employees can also clock in and out on Statii which also eliminates the old fashioned time punching machine. Cons: My only gripe was that it is cloud based, however we have great internet now so there aren't any issues for us anymore. The estimating and costing functions allow us to build accurate quotes quickly, incorporating labour, materials and subcontract costs while giving clear visibility on margins before work begins. Once orders are secured, the system seamlessly converts quotations into sales orders, purchase orders and work orders, reducing administration and improving traceability throughout the business. The live job costing and invoicing functionality has also been a major benefit, allowing us to track actual costs against estimates and generate invoices directly from completed works and delivery notes. Overall, Statii has provided a cost-effective and user-friendly system that improves visibility, streamlines processes and supports better commercial control across our fabrication and engineering projects. Cons: Overall, Statii has been a very positive system particularly around estimating, costing, purchasing and invoicing. The main area we have found challenging is the scheduling functionality, as our fabrication and project-based workload requires a high level of flexibility and live planning. At present, this is the only part of the system we have not fully managed to utilise in line with the way we need to schedule labour, shop floor capacity and changing project priorities. Vendor Response Thanks for you detailed review Daffyd. In our experience in working with almost 500 companies, Scheduling and planning is by far THE most tricky part of the system to implement. The shear nature of what is happening real time on the shopfloor is the driving factor. Take any of the following: equipment breaking down, jobs running over time allowed, personnel being absent, materials not in to be processed, bottlenecks on equipment, changes of priorities, operators forgetting to clock onto a project Now combine any of these and its easy to see why managing a modern shopfloor isn't for the faint hearted. Statii scheduling module is no magic wand that will solve all these headaches, but used correctly it will signicantly improve the data available to make informed decisions.
