The asset management is good. Like that the platform is quite customisable.

Integrates well with our marketing flow, and allows us to mark up and review pages quickly and easily.

Audit trail is a great feature and assists in accountability and responsibility. Customer support is fantastic.

I like that it can hold the Creative team accountable for the work we request.

Due to the programming, each click loads in a new window. When there's a 15sec lag and you need to navigate to another section by clicking 6 times it gets a little frustrating.

One team member accused me of not including her on emails within the software, however I had done so. Not sure if there is an issue with the email within the software.

I do struggle with admation as it's not intuitive and is difficult to use. The premise is there but it needs to be clearer, less buttons and pages to get lost in, and easier to navigate.

I love how easy Admation is to navigate through.

Although there are some drawbacks, such as slow performance with a large number of tasks, and limited budgeting features, I would still recommend Admation for streamlining project management.

It provided a good way to track creative projects with other teams - particularly if you're not sure who to reach out to directly.

I use Admation to annotate our Catalogues. Great annotation features, easy to use, and user friendly.

Poor UX, too many forms of communication. Dislike the email functionality through Admation, would prefer to add comments against deliverables and threads in projects that are visible to all.

I've done this several times but I often fumble through the process with each new upload. Having to allocate Administrators and select project types more than once is frustrating and confusing.

I'd also like to see other program integration (specifically Google applications like Calendar and tasks) for a more seamless work flow.

Annotating digital artwork is awful when there is animation involved. If I take a snapshot to annotate it then freezes the whole page.

No other training apart from the first training we had. No customer support to go to.

Sometimes errors are a little vague and we are unable to determine the root cause.

Training and maintenance cost can really be an headache as it really costly due to coding.

The application helped me with the database of my clients and have a better organization and budget.

It has been great experience with SAP CRM. It's a cost effective and easy to use with high quality.

I should only indicate that the possible failures are in the training. They must ensure that SAP teachers have knowledge of field and SAP technology.

Finds difficulty to pullout the report if the concerned department has not done the entries properly.

It was very hard to learn and most people are scared by it. I think because it reminds people of how old computer programs used to work, having to put in commands, etc.

Tweaking or making new changes in a live system is both risky and difficult. If you are an expert in web interface and programming, it’s still easier.

SAP is easy to use and very powerful software.

I would like to recommend this product to the business owners whose revenue is over a million dollars at least. Maintaining this product is easy.

The documentation is quite rich and there are more than one sites (e.g. help.hybris.com, wiki.hybris.com, www.sap.com/cxworks etc.) where relevant help is available. The licensing is very flexible.

Configuring SAP is always challenging but CRM module is relatively easy. It’s web UI is Easy to use and highly recommended for companies running sap already.

The CRM package is very helpful to manage your inventory and supply chain. SAP is top notch software that can help take the burden off your daily inventory management.

This robust tool is very expensive and in my opinion, useless if you do not have the proper integration tools to work with it.

SAP CRM is a mess, it has cost the company I implemented this for a LOT of money.

It's a super-powerful and feature-rich platform, suitable for medium and big businesses. Integration can take some time but if properly set is extremely valuable.

Its architecture mesh up. Hybris has some very elegant sub solutions in its high level solutions.

Had a chance to work with SAP-SRM and was impressed how many reports you can run.

Improved all sales processes, customer service and support with accurate information stored in SAP.

Great application, lay- out is very clear and usability of this software is very good. I really enjoy using this.
