A big thank you to the adorable team at Adoric! You have become the game changer in increasing FILA UK’s conversation rate, and therefore adding great value to our business. Thanks to your extremely straightforward user interface, a wider range of teams have been enabled to get involved in our e-commerce division. We use Adoric every day in almost every digital aspect of our business; policy notification, promotional notifications, customer notifications - you name it. We love how deeply campaigns can be customised based on the traffic source and user type. The journey so far has been amazing. Some especially valuable aspects of the service you have provided are: plug and play integration, drag and drop campaign builder, out-of-the-box integration with Bronto, and the ability to build, measure, A/B test, automate and analyse every piece of work that we do. I’d also like to say how sincerely grateful I am to [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] for their support not just in utilising the platform to its fullest capacity but also for sharing best practises and industry expertise which allowed us to build the right campaigns for the right audiences - which resulted in significantly higher CR and more profits for FILA UK.

Pros

Effortless integration, multi-device support, drag and drop campaign editor, detailed trigger rules, AB testing, integration with all major ESPs - and a team of ecommerce professionals ready to guide and support with best practises.

Cons

I genuinely cannot find a single problem with this amazing solution.

A wonderful tool for boosting conversion rates and increasing email list.

Adoric allows us to deliver personalized messages to each visitor in a simple, easy, and fast way. Adoric makes it easy to set up campaign designs for our online store with our brand style. Everything is taken care of right out of the box. With Adoric we can efficiently manage our users’ journey, adapting it as buying seasons change. Adoric’s support team has really been helpful.

Pros

I can easily create any type of pop-up I set my mind to. Adoric platform has high flexibility with a drag&drop editor (most competitors have just block editing). I can target any type of audience using cookies, JS, and more. It’s a tool that made easy for everyone.

Cons

Adoric has a new tool called product recommendation. I feel it needs more improvements and flexibility in order for me to use it.

Great user experience and journey tool

Overall Adoric has been a crucial revenue-generating tool thanks to the different options I can target users on my website. I initially thought this toll will only deliver for eCommerce website, but as a content-based-website owner, I can 100% say that Adoric has been a significant part of my monthly revenue.

Pros

Adoric has been a very significant part of my work routine in the past 18 months. what seems to be at first a pop-up platform, has grown to take a much bigger part of our marketing efforts. We can now segment campaigns based on behavior, links, time spent in page, cookies and much more options, with great functionality and custom options

Cons

some bugs and crashes, but I am aware that all is being taken care of, due to the costumer support and email updates
