Social Media with Results
Overall I am satisfied with the results of the leads. I am looking forward to closing more transactions from Back At You media leads.
PROSThis software is easy to use and gives you the ability to use it on your desktop or your mobile device. It provides information as soon as it is available. The leads that you get from Back At You can be redirected on my current CRM platform. They also provide you an easy CRM tool to keep up with your leads.
CONSIn the beginning, I was getting leads outside of my area. However, this issue was resolved.

Great support
To early to tell . As I'm still learning the system
PROSSo far the support I got was very good. It's still time to tell what will be the results as far as increasing the exposure of my listing to a wider audience and more visits to the listings. Also - I called the support center and [sensitive content hidden] answered. He was patient and very clear in explaining all my questions. Made me more understating the system and how to use the product to its most.
CONSIt was not clear enough for me from the beginning - when talking to the promoting agent - of what is covered in the fee and will be additional fees. Also - when used the plans terminology there has not been a very clear explanation of the differences of the services offered. Maybe for people who are regularly using Social Media it is clear however for some who are not - like myself - it was not clear until [sensitive content hidden] clarified the terms. Also - the YouTube videos are hard to follow first because of the speed of talk and pointing fast to different places on the screen - which makes the eye blur. The second is the chirping voice of the speaker.

Great tool for Real Estate professionals!
Don't have much spare time to worry about Social Media? Back at you media is for you! Love the automatic listing updates and being able to be as involved as you want with the timing of posts.
CONSI wish it were a bit more easy to navigate and create my own posts. A lot of the time I end up giving up and just waiting for an automated post to be created.

One of the best decision for my business to buy annual package from Back at you Media
I am so happy with their services and specially the team. Starts with my initial call with rep who sold me this package is one of the best sales executive in any industry I came across with . Back end support person is very humble and supportive to walk us thru step by step to create ads ,landing pages and lead gen. Another guy who made awesome you tube videos for social media use. Overall my experience with this company is 11/10.

I regret using them. I honestly do not want this to happen to anyone. Please research reviews and do not give them a card they can continue to charge Horrible experience. I will be sharing with all my coligues
PROSI was excited from the first conversation with te sales representative. But what he promised was not true. The the 6 months that I had signed up no worth willing lead came from their service.
CONSI had told the representative I would do 6 months. The take your credit card inorder for you to boost. Well it seems after the 6 months they went ahead and charged my card for 6 more months. That was never the agreement and going through the 6 months they are not worth the $2,200 dollars they have charged me,. I urge everyone to do their home work. I am currently asking them to cancel the account and there response is they sent an email out letting ,me know. . Shame on them Also they do not answer their phone

Easy and Painless!
This is the first time I have ever invested money in promoting myself and my business on-line. The program is simple which makes it attractive for non-tech people like me. The customer care is AWESOME!

March 2018 we had a great lead that turned into a listing
Less time we have to spend getting our listings out and the weekly RE information sent out automatically.
PROSBack At You is very easy to use and the program is interactive. Uploads our listings automatically from the MLS saving us much time.
CONSThe time it takes to load new listings. It may be several days before the listings actually show up on Social Media which is out of their control because the listing has to go through many channels before it gets to back at you media.

Support 2nd to none
I know that social media is an important part of my marketing plan and BAYM takes care of this for me. I like the ability to delete posts that aren't important to my audience as well as the ability to create my own posts and promote listings. When I have questions, the chat feature usually provides a good solution. If no one is available for the Chat feature then I can count on a quick response by phone or e-mail. Cudos to Bladymir for being one of the best Customer Service representatives that I work with at any vendor.
CONSI sometimes build a post that Facebook rejects. I wish that when this happens someone at BAYM would review the failures and advise on corrections/revisions

Con Artist They tell you you can cancel and have no heart if you pass a few days even due to Illness
Not Happy!
PROSThey tell you your the only one receiving the referrals, however, when I would call the phone numbers the people would say that many people were calling them from this add. This didn't only happen once. It happened many times. I even have emails where the people would say to stop sending them emails from different realtors. Also, we were told to do a contract for 6 months, and that it would not automatically renew. It did, and since I have Shingles I had been not in service so didn't remember to cancel more then 5 days before, they decided to proceed with charge. By the time I saw the charge they said a few days had passed and couldn't cancel anymore. I have a liver transplant baby and have had to minimize expenses and they have not helped at all by automatically renewing $2,200.
CONSIts supposed to be referrals only to you and they send to different people.

Great support for a great product
I know that I need strong social presence and BAYM keeps me on auto-pilot, saving me hours of searching for content and posting. On the rare occasion that I need support they get back to me quickly and always confirm that the issue or my question has been resolved. Great customer service!
CONSContent is not always geographically correct for my business here by the beach. The product is good but I have not leveraged the expense into business that can be attributed to BAYM. Debating if ROI is worth it or not.

Back to you media is disappointing
Back to you media is has been subpar as a automation social media center. They do not connect with instagram or snap chat 2 social media platforms that younger buyers use. When trying to connect with them that take a minimum of 3 days to return emails. I feel this is a particle Bussiness.
PROSIt automatically publishes content on my professional Facebook page. It gives my Facebook page a professional and polished look. It also does it automatically so not dependent on a human to initiate the posts.
CONSThe contact published is not always veered to my target audience. The software does not allow me to change the contact. Often items being published are not correct.
Reason for choosing Back At You
It was NAR indorse. I saw competitors use Back to you media.

Really easy to use, takes the humm out of creating posts
I like the auto posting feature the most because it saves me loads of time creating and posting new listings, especially when I get really busy and don't have too much time on my hands. I like the fact that all three of my Social Media channels - Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram are auto fed my new listings. I think that the value for money is great, I did a lot of research and this product is way more cost effective that any of its competitors.

CONSSome of the articles are not really relevant to me or my clients. For instance they may publish an article on a restaurant that is no where near me, or articles that are more relevant to the US market but no relation to the Canadian market

If you're not in California, AVOID!
None quite frankly
PROSMy thought was to have automated media so I did not have to add that to my personal schedule. Ideally was hoping program would take care of that part of marketing and lead capture.
CONSEverything is geared towards west coast. Pictures aren't released any to midwest. Information they use is not reliable like Zestimates, etc.

Advertise while you work
I think this more about branding yourself for the long term vs the here and now so as long as your willing to stick it out it should pay off.
PROSI like that it is automated and doesn’t require me to “babysit” the internet all day. It lets me still advertise and capture new clients while I’m in the field with current clients.
CONSI think with any social media platform it is relying on algorithms and since we are in crazy times right now with these platforms it’s hard to tell if I’m reaching my target group or not.

Great Product
This program has saved me time on posting and gives me another tool to show my clients how i am exposing their property!
PROSThe software is very easy to use. I like that I am able to create ads and set them up for a specific date and time I want them to launch. When I have a question and ask the support team they have been great in getting back to me quickly. There are many opportunities to join in on webinars. I have done a few and always pick up something new. I also like how I am able to see the analytics on my posts and it is easy to understand.
CONSThey cover a number of the social media platforms but I would like to see them include Instagram.
