CONS

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. Our team creates more than 20 emails each week, and mistakes can happen. An auto-save feature would be really helpful because it would save our work in case something unexpected happens, like a browser issue. It could save us a lot of time if our work doesn't get lost.

Multi-Channel Marketing at ease by Braze

PROS

Braze is a goto campaigner that is very easy to use for anyone with minimal training. They have a very modern and highly efficient platform that has very high success rates. Their analytics are very minute and precise which helps understand customer engagement very well.

CONS

The pricing is bit high in the segment and for services its offering.

Horrible Custom SAML SSO integration for Google Workspace companies

I'm sure its main customer engagement function is fine. But if you are planning to use Braze with Google Workspace and want to set up a secure login with Custom SAML SSO then look for another app.

PROS

Haven't used the customer engagement part I'm just the System administrator, but I'm sure its fine.

CONS

If you are using Google Workspace the Custom SAML integration is horrible. Usually the setup with other companies takes a few hours, one week if there are issues. But am now six months into use. The support is polite but unable to help us to solve setting up a Custom SAML connection. An issue we have not had with setting up Custom SAML SSO connections for other apps.

Useful for Newsletters

PROS

I think the newsletter template layout is very clear and user-friendly. It has lots of features but you don't feel overwhelmed by them every time you log on. Allows me to write newsletters quickly and efficiently without worrying about loads of set-up and formatting.

CONS

It needs some form of automatic saving or in-template saving. You have to click out of the editor and then save separately to actually ensure your work isn't lost - really frustrating if you accidentally close the window for whatever reason! Would also love the option to "view in browser"

Reasons for switching to Braze

Having migrated from another newsletter template service, my experience has been good so far. I think it definitely is more user-friendly and less prone to issues.

Braze is a powerful and reliable tool in orchestrating marketing and services messages across different channels like in-app message, push notifications, SMS, email and web messages. Great landing page and nice templates provided y the product and content creation options are impressive and the dashboard looks amazing.

Notification options and the marketing ability on this software is very productive and i also like the project management functions and the web forms capability. Braze makes mass mailing very easy

We brought Braze for the purpose of sending email communications, push notifications and in-app messaging. In order to communicate with its members in a more effective and particular way, we can incorporated new ways to communicate with its members. We are now able to increase our overall engagement and can also expand our speeches in order to refine them. We also use the website to conduct questionnaires to learn more about our members. As a result, Braze is very intuitive: the navigation is easy and makes sense. The surface is very firm, so it is simple to execute strategies effectively and in a thoughtful way.

PROS

The customer service is truly admirable. They are responsive and respond to everything that is thrown at them in a timely and accessible manner. You have missed what you have not been able to fix, either in the form of experimenting on the platform or through your study tools. The customer service staff is wonderful. I can only praise the totality of the people we have dealt with since we started using Braze. They ask good questions and help guide us in the use of the product as we talk to them. They also answer any number of questions when we launch a new/complex campaign.

CONS

There were certain tricky parts during the application, however, the Braze group was of great assistance in supporting us.

Best marketing automation tool

In the less than a year we've been using it, they've listened to our feedback and made the platform better. This shows how well they pay attention to users, making the experience great. It's easy to use, gives us all the tools we need, and has really improved our work quality.

PROS

The best thing about Braze is how easy it is to use. We have a team with different levels of experience, and some are new to email marketing platforms. It was important to have a platform that's easy to learn, and Braze gives us that. It's intuitive and user-friendly, so we got comfortable with it quickly.

CONS

One thing I don't like about Braze is that it doesn't have an auto-save feature. An auto-save feature would be helpful to prevent losing our work in case of unexpected issues like browser failures. It could save us a lot of time if there's any accidental loss of work.

One of the best services for customer engagement

PROS

Braze is one of the most functional and holistic customer engagement platforms that I've used. At my company, we use it for user engagement through email, push notifications, in-app modals, etc. Braze has all the tools and settings needed to customize our messaging and manage our user lifecycle. Once we provided our custom events to Braze, we got even more flexible with our notifications and emails. The product provides tools for setting up canvases for different funnels, run reports, import user lists, tag and sort the campaigns and segments, and so much more. The interface and tools are quite intuitive, and even if you feel a bit confused, detailed documentation is there to help you out. Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you.

CONS

I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. The minor problems and bugs were either quickly addressed by Braze team or resolved on our side.

Braze review - Amazing experience, with more features to come hopefully

I love the cohesion between different marketing channels, the way that you can create an entire customer journey within the program and follow their actions throughout it all.

CONS

Some features, like a dedicated preference center lack customizability thus making them useless in its current form. Additionally there are some functionality missing from the creation tools (drag & drop editor), which also does not enable the full potential of the channels that you are working with.

A multifunctional tool for user engagement

Definitely does it's job well.

PROS

Currently Braze covers all of the company's needs in terms of marketing and customer engagement. There are still features we didn't even get to setting up and using. The ability to create segments and target specific users is super useful. Tricking the results of campaigns is also straight forward and pretty advanced.

CONS

The only disadvantage is that the tool is fairly complicated and it can take time to learn to use Braze properly, it's the tradeoff for robust features.
