I am a B2B marketer and I've been using Closely for a while now. It's been easy to use and has helped me grow my business. The platform is simple to navigate and the customer service is amazing. I love that I can create follow-ups and send emails with my connection requests. I get a lot of quality leads with this tool. I can't imagine my business without it.

I love this service! I use it to find email addresses and LinkedIn URLs of potential customers. I am able to send a targeted email to the person with an invite to my website. I also use it to follow-up with people that are interested in my product. I love the ease and convenience of this service, and I always have new opportunities to connect with people I would never have met otherwise.

CRM can be improved, messaging a tagging. Also analytics for the campaigns. Will be great if Connections request that has not been answered can be reset

My overall experience about closely is very good i would highly recommend my contacts about this tool, it makes my work lot more easier in many ways. So overall i am happu using this tool.

There are not much cons about it on my side, hopefully in coming future they also start providing mobile numbers would be very much helpful.

its been a weeks time but the campaigns havent started. the mssgs are not going. they are not able to solve the issue

The inbox view is good. It allows multiple linkedin accounts to be integrated which is good. The campaign analytics view is good.

The number of mssgs or connections limit makes it of no use. There should be an option to download all consumed credits at one place (email ids consumed). Only 2 campaigns can run simultaneously. For every new campaign messages have to be added again. there should be option to use templates. Also there should be option to attach files. analytics should provide complete download of invites sent, request accepted, mssg sent etc.

I love it! These guys are great! Can't get tired of repeating it!

I love their user interface and the fact that they're pushing updates all the time. Being able to create campaigns for multiple scenarios is cool. e.g. (able to target event attendees and group members).

I'd like to be able to add more prospects to the current campaigns and see what message step the campaigns prospects are in.

It's my go-to solution for LinkedIn Automation. As it works in the cloud, I can even use it on the go, in case I have to make urgent modifications etc.

Setting up an automation campaign with this tool was very fast and smooth. The wizard guides you though the setup, and provides all the options required. Also, having the inbox integrated within the tool is very nice, bringing everything together in one dashboard.

I've had an issue where connection requests were still sent out even long after a campaign has been paused or deleted.

It's easy to use, takes a bit of time, but I do other things while waiting

The price and limits per month Its a downer, but you can purchase from from the sales team

I've personally gained 500 LinkedIn connections over 1 month. I've been using it for personal networking but it can also be used for B2B businesses networking over LinkedIn

I filter the search to meet my need and uncover the opportunity to meet new leads in my sales pipeline. Closely has a very impressive graphical user interface with unique value proposition

Tool which helps you during crises becomes your favorite. I was looking for some contacts from the industry and I was not able to find the original contacts. There Closely helped me to find the accurate contact details and setting up outreach campaign was very easy opposite of my imagination. That's why I think the tool is really cool and useful.

Before Tool I like to talk about the team behind this tool. Since it was launched I have been observing them, They never overpromise and have been patient and infact during the Russia Ukraine war they silently kept on working the tool and thus I feel that it is very easy to use and has been very helpful for me whenever I needed to use.

Although I don't find any loophole but yes, I feel my account which works on limited credits, those credits could have been increased with some specials LTD offer.

It is going to be amazing software, but it still needs some tweaks, and features added. There has been a lot added in the last year so I expect this will be great when it matures.

It finds leads from LinkedIn quickly and saves them to a csv file.

I would like to see an email warming function. Email campaigns need to be loaded from a csv file and don't connect to the LinkedIn scrapped contacts found.

I liked the dashboard that they have, it is easy to navigate & the Closely extension is great too.

There was nothing I didn't like, we would have purchased it but our plans changed so we ended up not subscribing to it.
