They have excellent customer service. I like the email integration with Outlook.

This is a great software for small and medium industries for the data management and get great results from it.

I was in search of an online CRM that was easy to use, affordable, and provided great reporting tools.

It the crm that include marketing automation and help desk  not only tha but also it is easy and fast crm. It organizes leads and sources and feed them in callers in priotized order.

It wasn't designed for telephone sales and was hard to build accurate statistical reports.

If your data is a mess, they can only do so much to organize it for you.

Pricing is actually accessible for smaller companies. The support is excellent, with very helpful technicians who do a LOT to provide guidance, information, and service.

Leadmaster has allowed us to easily integrate the data from admissions to our institutional management system with great ease.

LeadMaster offers a comprehensive CRM at a great price.

I also have a wide age range of reps and they all find the app very easy to use. I looked at several CRM's and for the price, Leadmaster was the perfect fit for us.

One difficulty is to remember that when updating the specific fields, many times the update has to occur in two locations.

Once we diligently utilized the software, we were able to create reports that showed the effectiveness of our salespeople in each step of the sales process.

Great software for first time users. You may purchase leads from different vendors as well.

It allows our company to manage customers and leads efficiently. The sales and customer service support is fantastic as well.

Priority lists were a little complicated and difficult to set up. Support team is difficult to get in touch with after launch.

When I discovered LeadMaster, not only could I customize the interface for each client, it had excellent reporting and the pricing was amazingly affordable.

I like the affordability and reliability. I also like the performance and technology.

Making sure no lead was missed and was always allocated to someone for follow up, whether from e-marketing, filling in a form on a website or even a lead from a trade show.

I do not have seen any weakness in this crm because it has  marketing automation and has case management.

When uploading a list, even though they mention it, I've forgotten a few times that the file needs to be in.

Super easy to use, it makes it easy to engage prospects or customers.

The mobile app is buggy and needs refining. Managing marketing 'sequences' can be trickier than normal due to the buggy mobile app.

The customer service service is excellent, too.

Great way to engage customers automatically. Customer service is great at listening to and implementing suggestions for changes to software.

QR codes seem to expire. When printing flyers off at some point they become useless and we have to reprint with new codes.

The software is awesome however, my top compliment is for the team at Revetize.

I love that I can text, and email my customers. It sends out review requests and helps us to build on our own customers for referrals.

In addition to the increase in visibility I have received since using Revetize, I have also benefitted from increased customer loyalty.

Love the service- they're super quick to respond, personable and open minded.

Overall, we're very happy with Revetize and have had an excellent return on investment. Our contact and customer communication have really improved and we seeing a lot more leads and referrals.

It is user friendly, the design is clean, and I have the flexibility to use it in a way that suits my needs.

The people are pretty good and have been responsive to my needs especially setting everything up.

I would like too think they are well aware of the mobile app issues and hopefully they are working on it as they get more and more customers.

I loved it because it made getting reviews super easy. I also felt like it wasn’t awkward to ask my clients for their review.

The omni-channel automation. Being able to string together four touchpoints like this and customize each one with ease is an amazingly valuable feature.

Their dashboard is user friendly. They have tons of labeling and filtering options to keep organized and easily search through your contacts.

Great software for keeping in contact with your customers. The team over at Reva Ty’s is very responsive and helps with everything from small questions to uploading your customer list for you.

The customer service is outstanding and I always feel like they truly value us as a client. We have also seen many great results getting more and more reviews because of Revetize.

Set-up (yourself or with reps help) your templates, and frequency of communication with your clients and revenue will undoubtedly increase.

Not everyone is comfortable giving out their cell phone #s, so we've struggled with that portion.
