Happy Customer

Customer Service is outstanding and that is extremely important to me. We all have our way of thinking and looking at things and for the most part they created work arounds for us and also in some cases created new features that we recommended.

All in one system, who innovation every year.

CONS

Would like to customize a layout with specific field names. Certain fields are locked and that field name can't be changed.

Repfabric on-boarding

PROS

Repfabric is an excellent CRM and sales data management platform for multi-line manufacturers reps. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to manage data, sales and commissions across multiple manufacturer lines. The mobile app is particularly impressive as well, allowing users to access sales data and manage accounts on-the-go. The system matches our functions and prior CRM so well, our implementation was a (somewhat) easy transition from SFDC and easy to learn. The support team is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend Repfabric to any sales organization looking to streamline their operations and improve their bottom line

CONS

Customization within the Repfabric app is not straight forward but doable to an extent. Its intergration with Power BI does add much for flexibility and customization capbilities. for your data.

Reasons for switching to Repfabric

Repfabric fits the manunufacturers representatives model better than SFDC and is easier and more intuitive to use for management and the sales team.

Great CRM for sales reps

We have had a great experience and are learning more everyday.

PROS

I appreciate that the system can be used on a computer as well as through a mobile device. Even better that the two systems work seamlessly.

CONS

The main difficulty we experience is needing to create a new company before we can tie an email to the customer. This is only a problem for new companies we work with and when trying to link emails to new opportunities, this can be a little clunky.

Reason for choosing Repfabric

Repfabric was perfect for our team. We are manufactures sales representatives and this system was built by other reps for reps!

Great product, and improvements are being made frequently.

It was slow getting it all up and running, and some of our users aren't using it as much as they will be in the future, but it is coming along nicely. Very happy with the product so far.

PROS

The ease of use on the web portal, and how easy it is to update quotes. Can't wait for the new app to launch, and the old one goes away.

CONS

It doesn't work flawlessly with Oasis just yet, but I know that the development team is working hard on getting things working that will help us. They have a great software team, and support has been great so far.

Reason for choosing Repfabric

Cost was reasonable, and this CRM is aimed at how our business is setup so it seemed like a nice fit for us.

Great product with phenomenal customer service

PROS

The support team are always there to help. The product has great ability to customize the tracking of your sales, projects and customer follow-up. It integrates well with outlook and helps you organize your day.

CONS

The mobile app is clunky and needs improvement. It does have some great features like voice input and I’m sure overtime will improve.

Repfabric is a must for manufacturer representatives

Very positive. Good support for any issues. Very little down time - I can't remember the last time we could not access the system. The continually try to upgrade the offering, adding new features on regular basis.

PROS

Designed for reps. Most CRMs are not designed with a representative in mind, RF is. There are only minor customizations required to get up and running quickly. Very easy to use and has most of the information and subroutines needed for manufacturer's representative.

CONS

Getting a customized subroutine. If you do want something customized, it is a bit difficult to complete.

Reasons for switching to Repfabric

Recommendation from other manufactures representatives. We wanted a program which was more in-line with our business.

Ready to get organized? Time to get Repfabric!

It's been a solid two years with Repfabric. The transition initially was a little intimidating, but they have a great team that helps you every step of the way. I haven't had any major problems and it's onward and upward with these guys.

PROS

There an abundance of features to utilize in Repfabric. It's almost overwhelming with what you can do. This includes tracking sales data, uploading and running commission reports, daily activity reports, quotes, leads, and etc. If you can dream it; they can help you maximize it, track it, and utilize it.

CONS

The response time of the IT team can be a bit long in response to support requests.

Reasons for switching to Repfabric

The initial launch of our former version of CRM was rushed and incomplete. Everyone was unsure how to use it and the IT "support" was abyssal at best. The software may be been good, but the training was so haphazard that we wouldn't have know the difference. We needed a change and Repfabric filled in that gap.

Excellent product overall that the management continues to develop. Keep up the great work.

The reporting options are what I use most as Admin, but my sales activity and tracking of specific customers and territories is also great and helpful.

CONS

Occasionally slow responses online in certain programs.

Several years later and still very very happy.

Very pleased. Great product, great support. I have recommended RepFabric to many other rep agencies and I know several have signed up as well.

PROS

The entire system matches our functions so well that not only was our original implementation easy but new hires find the system intuitive and easy to learn.

CONS

While there have been many enhancements over the years we do still have a short list of wish list items we are hoping for in a future release.

Manufactures REP review

We are very happy with our initial experience and plan to continue to explore more ways to utilize the system both as a CRM and Activity management system.

PROS

We utilize REPFABRIC as a single system to correlate all of our sales activity. This single system solution saves on time and provides better ROI for our sales team to continue to drive new business with our customer base.

CONS

Some of the Input and Aliasing of customers, commissions and CRM's is difficult resulting in a pretty heavy upfront time investment.
