SalesQL does what the others do at a fraction of the price.

Fantastic and will use forever a the current price point

PROS

What can I say but WOW. $40 for 1600 credits to look up numbers and emails. I did free and paid comparisons with zoom, rocket, luhsa, Appolo, etc. and as far as LinkedIn profiles ONLY SalesQL is as good or better results-wise. I did a drip CRM campaign with 300+ emails I got from sales ql and 13 got kicked back as "undeliverable". That is amazing numbers IMHO. If you need raw contact data and want it exported to CSV to import to a crm or ats this is hands down the cheapest and the best. You can extract 25 linkedin profiles at a time with numbers and emails. I can get a 200 navigator list done, all with emails and numbers within 15-20 mins and that includes have in made into a csv and imported into my ats

CONS

The customer service is meh. The integrations are minimal but that is it. Raw data wise it's great.

Terrible Customer Service and Bad Business Practices

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will charge your card without permission. I paid for a fixed amount of "credits" used to scrape info for my mailing list. After using only 20% of my credits, they charged my credit card without asking. I still had 80% of my credits remaining. I stopped the charge through my credit card company. They sent me an email saying they were "offended" that I stopped the charge and I would no longer be permitted to use their service. Politely I explained that I still had many credits left and I did not get a response from customer service. They sent a second email, refused to refund any money for unused credits and insisted that they "don't stand for people who stop payments on their credit card". Well I don't care for companies who bill your card without asking. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

PROS

Fairly simple and easy to use. It "scrapes" contact info from Linkedin when its not available. on their profile. Works 50% of the time.

CONS

Does not do a great job getting accurate information. At most it would find 50% of the contact information. And it wasn't always accurate.

Dangerous tool that may cause you to be banned from Linkedin

Was great at the beginning, but in the end I find the tool very dangerous, as I could have been permanently banned from linkedin because of their lack of professionalism. No empathy from support.

PROS

Have a great email database, price is ok

CONS

They force you to use their chrome extension, then you get banned by linkedin for using it, as it's forbidden. No guidance on number of lead possible to extract per day. No mention of this Linkedin limitation in their documentation, that will prevent you from using the tool properly. It's impossible to use all the credit they sell to you in their advanced plan, and when asking for help, support people are aggressive, accept no critic and no refund possible.

Sales Ql - Solution for phone numbers

Satisfactory.

a surprise one

When we buy this tools, we didn't know what we were getting into, the results were tested, and we had quite a bit of opportunity... that was not a bad one

It give a phone number but not in every contact, there are too few mobile numbers

The best personal email finder

Been wonderful, highly useful.

PROS

I do a lot of Lead Generation for my Upwork clients and other clients too, so, I generally have to find thousands of emails each month. And, SalesQL has been a huge part of that. Though I concentrate mostly on corporate emails, not personal ones. But for personal emails, there is nothing else that can come even close. I have used Nymeria and some others before, but none of those work as well as SalesQL.

CONS

Nothing really! Just that I would like to get some cheaper options for the large number of data.

Best tool to scrap LinkedIn I have used.

Very satisfied with the data.

PROS

It is very easy to scrap LinkedIn profiles. It finds more emails than other tools.

CONS

You have to be careful scraping LinkedIn and do it in batches of no more than 200 profiles per day (probably less) or your profile will be suspended.It lacks options to automate the scraping by batches and/or by time.SalesQL say emails are verified but they are not, you have to verify them on your own.

I guess the tools works fine as far as extracting the data from LinkedIn.

CONS

I almost got my account banned!!! Thankfully, LinkedIn has been nice and warmed me. I have used previous data scrapping tools and I have never had issues. As soon as I have used SalesQL, I got flagged right away!! How coincidental...

Good for scraping info

PROS

Easy to implement. In comparison with similar tools seems to provide more accurate data.

CONS

Even the "verified" often get filtered by email verifiers, I'd say around 20-30%.

A Great Tool for Sales Enablement

PROS

SalesQL never the less the best tool for contact information identification, company info for get a grip of insights of the prospect you are going to connect with, email and contact numbers of the chosen contacts etc., Its LinkedIn contact data collecting tool helps to reach out up to 3rd level of connections. We use it daily at our BD as well as for HR departments.

CONS

During our last 6 months usage, we have not come across any issues.

Excellent Product, but poor customer service

Even with the complete lack of customer service and inaccurate email validation functionality, the tool is still worth using because it's super easy, fast, and does provide good quality contact information (even if you need to validate it outside the tool). If the company would make a few improvements, they would be unstoppable!

PROS

The product is super easy to use and provides contact information for most contacts. The pricing is in-line with other lesser quality products.

CONS

The customer service is very poor. I've sent in a number of email support requests and often get no response at all. The tool also provides email validation and shows which emails are valid and which may need more investigation. This feature of the software is completely inaccurate. If you are going to use those emails and you don't want to hurt your email domain reputation, you need to check those emails against a service like NeverBounce, which will cost additional money.

Credits are unfair and poor customer care

Terrible Customer Service and Bad Business PracticesDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will charge your card without permission and refuse to be flexible on credits even in circumstances of illness and disability. I paid for a fixed amount of "credits" - a large and expensive amount. After using only 25% of my credits, they charged me but wiped away the credits as I went into the next month and had been unable to use. The worst customer service experience as they just did not care about me as a customer.

Good for generating prospecting contact details

CONS

Awful customer service - I was charged £120 for credits they then took away from me and couldn’t care less about my circumstances of illness which prevented me from using my credits quickly enough and despite being very happy to take my money they did not want to offer any care or consideration for my disability - all I wanted was my credits to roll into the next money has I had paid for them and needed them and customer care basically told me tough we are not willing to offer any gesture of good will

Avoid - LinkedIn is restricting/banning users.

Used to work well, now will only get you banned on LinkedIn

PROS

Pricing was one of the cheapest compared to the other programs, so chose it. Easy to use, clean design, worked well for over 1+ year.

CONS

You will get your account blocked on LinkedIn. Not safe anymore. There has ALWAYS been some errors with this extension in the Chrome Developer Tab, never fixed. LinkedIn finally cracked SalesQL and within 2 weeks all our team members had their accounts restricted. Every single one of them, no matter if it's someone new or it was a person who worked 1 year+ and scraped hundreds of emails per day with LI: Recruiter licenses. Right now SalesQL is completely unusable and dangerous. The support team only sends you copy-paste messages that you need to watch out for LinkedIn limits which is funny, because previously there was no problem with going in hundreds of contacts per day, and now some of our people have been restricted with scraping as little as 25 profiles. And no - we do not use any other apps, programs, etc. SalesQL developers are just lazy.

I do not recommend it any more

It was good for more than a year although their customer support was not to the level I would expect. Nowadays, cannot deliver. I hope they will manage to find ways to overcome.

PROS

They get many data points and they have nice filters in their database

CONS

It is no longer reliable. LinkedIn has managed to find ways - checkpoints, pop-ups on whether and how do you know a prospect - to block the use of the salesql. Their team has not come up with solutions that bypass these issues. Also, many of the emails around 30% of the total are not correct

Disappointing service - Stay away

Customer service is garbage. Inflexible and unwilling to do anything to help.

PROS

After struggling with Zoominfo prices and bad data, I decided to give this a try. Decent email addresses, not the best phone numbers.

CONS

Completely illogical way of doing business. I paid in advance for 6 months and barely used my credits. Asked customer service about various scenarios - downgrading my plan, switching to monthly invoicing, etc so I could remain on a PAID PLAN and still keep the credits I had already paid for without signing up for an additional 6 months. They refused flat out. Said I had to cancel and sign up for a new plan, while losing the credits I already paid for. MAKES NO SENSE. Why not keep a customer and just switch from semi annual billing to monthly, ON THE SAME PLAN?

good for scrapping emails, free trial with 50 credits

CONS

The main problem is that it will block your LinkedIn account if you will use SalesQL. Firstly they warn you, if you don't delete it, they ban your account. The problem is exactly in SalesQL extension (used in chrome/mozilla/edge), checked on 2 different users with the only one extension on a fresh browser. Don't use it!

On Trial after the first use

Was not even real to me, in a matter of an hour this compay has show no customer support and for sure, a bulling way of business.

PROS

Would help find people, but not very good.

CONS

After my first use of the app, I got hit with an email: said I was not going to get to use the app as they originally implied they cut me down to 5 searches because I had too many Free apps? Hmmm Testing for apps to use oh yes I have a few to see what works best... But then I get a second email Threatening to Block me if I don't show them my drivers license or passport ummm your free app is way out of line but I just want everyone to know the knid of company you will be dealing with, so be careful.

I did not, I was testing it. But I would not tell anyone to get this app...

Easy to use email finding app

SalesQL really helped me in getting most verified and accurate emails. I must recommend this app to those who are in the early stage of their startup and they are looking for first clients. It is GDPR Compliant app. Easy to use.

Sales QL Free Trial Review

I used the Sales QL free trial for my job where I am creating lists of individuals or organizations to reach out to by researching their contact information. SalesQL really helped me with saving time and it was easy to use!

PROS

I liked the toolbar option to access the software easily, how quickly SalesQL found emails in its database, and the checking-in/willingness to help from the SalesQL team, and I also really liked how the software works with LinkedIn.

CONS

The only thing that I didn't like about SalesQL was that it provided more work emails rather than a combination of personal and work, when available.

Beware!

PROS

We experienced several issues in using it as a team. The app got stuck during the searches making it useless.

CONS

Beware! Their subscription is automated. They will never send you email to remind you of that. My company ended up paying $890 for a service we never used in the period January-October 2021 as we stopped using it straight away due to the technical issues we were experiencing with it.

SalesQL- Made Lead Generation process easier and simpler

The overall experience is outstanding.

PROS

The thing I liked the most is the accuracy. The accuracy of the email addresses found by using this tool is good. You need to install the chrome extension and visit the LinkedIn profile of the person whose email address you want to find and just click on the salesql icon and then a plus button and you will get the email address of that person. It has made the process simpler and easier.

CONS

It is a very nice tool. I did not find any problem while using it. I really liked it.

Great tool for email hunting

We're trying to find contact emails for our outreach campaigns and SalesQL is a great addition to the tools we use

PROS

1. Ability to search for personal as well as official emails 2. Ability tonsearch for contact numbers 3. Automatic profile reading when on LinkedIn profile of the prospect 4. Similar suggestions of other profiles

CONS

1. The focus is more on personal profiles of the person rather than official emails. This can be ahifted to official emails as personal emails are not encouraged in a professional setting

Great they have always been very prompt on replies.

PROS

I liked that the software was easy to use and had a variety of options for customization. It was also very intuitive so I was able to quickly get up to speed with it. The user interface was also appealing, which made it more enjoyable to work with.

CONS

Nothing really to dislike. They could have some better team management systems but that is it

Very Accurate!

I am getting emails faster than ever before, and getting more responses from leads.

PROS

You can get verified emails within seconds of opening up different profiles on Linkedin. SalesQL also provides you with multiple emails to test rather than just 1.

CONS

Nothing I dislike about the software at this time.
