Socialdraft is a cloud-based social media marketing tool suitable for large and midsize agencies. It works with Facebook, Facebook Groups, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Instagram, and offers a multi-channel inbox, content scheduling and bulk uploads, alerts and reports.
Socialdraft offers a post scheduling calendar with a drag-and-drop interface. Users can schedule posts for Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin, and reschedule posts by dragging items to a different date. Administrators can turn on post approval to review content before publication, and permissions can be configured for each team member.
The Projects tool lets users group profiles together and post content to all linked profiles at once. The Social Feed tool lets users engage with multiple channels at once, and users can receive alerts for brand mentions and more. Reports can be downloaded in PDF format.

If you feel the need to really visualize your social media content, then Socialdraft provides the mechanism for you to do so. Very clearly designed for users at the low end of the experience spectrum.
It's literally a scheduler that doesn't seem to offer anything different than you could do for yourself within Facebook itself, using a spreadsheet, or even a piece of scrap paper. If you are managing multiple social media accounts over multiple platforms, you're going to want a more robust system with much better features. This is barebones.
